Genießen Sie herrliche Sonnenuntergänge und große Beschuss auf dem weißen Sandstrand von Marco Island. Das Nichtraucher-Ein-Zimmer Eigentumswohnung befindet sich im fünften Stock und ist bequem über die Straße vom Hotel Marriott befindet, die mehrere Restaurants, eine Café-Bar hat und andere Annehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung. Der neue Marco Island Beach Path ist vor unserem Gebäude und bietet einen kostenlosen direkten Zugang zum gesamten Strandbereich; die beiden anderen Strand Parkplätze sind $ 8. 00 pro Tag, bleiben so in unserer Einheit und Ihr Geld zu sparen!

Herrlicher Sonnenuntergang und das Meer sind von diesem großen, (800 Quadratfuß) komplett eingerichtete Einheit zu sehen. Weitere Features sind alle neuen Küchenschränke und Geräte, Fliesenböden und einen offenen Balkon. LCD-Fernseher mit Kabel und kostenlosen drahtlosen Breitband-Internetzugang (WiFi) vorgesehen sind, um Sie auch während Ihrer Zeit in der Wohnung unterhalten.

Während auf Marco Island werden Sie Muscheln sammeln und beobachten für Delfine während Ihrer wunderbaren Spaziergängen entlang der vier Meile Strand genießen. Urige Geschäfte, ausgezeichnete Restaurants, ein Kino und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in Ordnung auf der Insel.

Championship Golf ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Boutiquen und Restaurants von Neapel sind nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Boot fahren, Wassersport und Angelausflüge sind alle am Strand zur Verfügung.

Wenn Sie auf Marco Island fliegen, ist der Marco Island Airport (MKY) nur vier Meilen entfernt. Naples (APF) ist 15 Meilen und Fort Myers (RSW) ist 40 Meilen. Mietwagen sind an allen Standorten zur Verfügung.

Easy to communicate with rental company. Nice quiet pool with restrooms, beach access 2 minute walk. Condo was spacious for 2 people. Pullout couch a bit uncomfortable for longer stay. On site BBQ unfortunately did not work. Love coming to Marco Island so all worth it! Will be back.

We stayed on the property for five days and the minute we walked in we felt the peace in the condo. The condo is absolutely spotless and has everything one can possibly need while staying there. The air conditioning is right on point and the kitchen is so comfortable to use. The mattress and pillows are supper comfortable. The area has plenty of places to visit for eating and shopping. Had a great time and we can't wait to return!

Throwback to the 70’s. Drip coffee maker; ice cube trays (not filled); old colors. Horrible bed with the flattest pillows. Crazy small TVs.

I find our bed to be very comfortable, others have also commented that they found it to be comfortable. Each person has their own preferences. There should have been a variety of pillows both on the bed and in the closets.

It was nice enough. It served its purpose.Check out was very poor. Have to pay a cleaning fee but I was instructed to clean everything except doing laundry prior to checkout. So what's the cleaning fee for? No one was there for the checkout during working hours and I was expected to take garbage to dumpster, but parking lot is closed and no access to dumpsters creates a problem. I understand this is a rare situation but some clarity and people available at checkout would have been not only appropriate but extremely helpful.

Great location, great price, nice and sunny.

We spent a long weekend here in March and were very pleased with our choice. The location is great, just a quick crosswalk to public beach access. The condo was clean, airy and sunny, with a wonderful patio to enjoy an evening drink. There's a view of the beach, although partially obstructed by high rises, but - again - cross the street to the beach for great sunset views. The tennis courts and pool are well maintained and there's a nice area with cafe tables to enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the sunshine. Be prepared for traffic noise and thin walls in the complex, but great value for the price. Also, be forwarned that property management has a plethora of terse signs and notices using ALL CAPS to ensure that you comply with basic principles decent people should follow. You WILL feel shouted at.

Fall get away

It was located along Collier Blvd and just across the road is an access board to the beach. Instruction for checking were well communicated since it is Thanksgiving holiday and I checked in late. Property manager was present during my check out process and went smoothly.

We enjoyed our stay, very quiet and peaceful Nice pool and view. Marco Island was boring though not much to do. Not very many good restaurants. Condo is nice a little dated the only issue we had were sugar ants in the kitchen.

Amazing location

Perfect for a weekend get away. Having beach towels and chairs available in the unit was a plus. Personal parking space, short walk to the beach, and restaurants less then a mile away either directs couldn’t have ask for more. I would stay again and I have recommended this location to family and friends! Thanks for a great experience.

Nice unit in Marco Island

The unit was very clean and spacious (about 800 sq ft) We did not cook there but it seemed to have everything you would need. The unit was 1/4 mile walk to the beach which was a little further than I thought from the posting. The unit also faces the road which can be noisy at times. They did have beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler to use which was great and the unit did get nice breezes from the sliding glass doors on the deck. Parking spots were in the back of the building where the elevator was and they never seemed full. They also had lots of ice cube trays which most places never have and with no ice machine like at the hotels they really come in handy for the beach coolers. I would definitely stay there again, but not with anyone who is a light sleeper due to the road noise.
