One bedroom apartment located within walking distance(12 minutes) from the historical center and all amenities. You can do everything walking it is close top, markets, grocery stores, laundries, restaurants and close to 12 minutes walking to Zocalo which is the main square of the city. It comprises living room, kitchen, private bathroom. It has a fast wifi (120mbps) a small balcony and there is a common rooftop on top of the building. It is a one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor(US) first floor(UK) with kitchen, Smart TV with streaming accounts included; Amazon Prime, HBO max, Disney +, Paramount +. It has hot water all the time, gas stove with oven, kettle, microwave, big fridge with freezer, fast and reliable internet, private bathroom, there is a terrace on the top of the building with a 360 degrees view of the city. The flat is perfect for independent travellers who like having their own space and be self-sufficient while travelling. Guests have a complete apartment for themselves, they can access to the common area which is the terrace, it has furniture and it has a 360 degrees view of the city.

I give you a perfectly clean apartments further cleanings have a cost.

Due to logistics right now Im not providing hotel like service I rent this space as a self catering apartment. You are responsible for your consumables. You have a starter kit but once I runs out you have to buy your own consumables like toilet paper, drinking water, trash bags, soap, etc. We can call the water delivery guy to deliver water directly to your apartment door ( He doesn't work on Sundays tough).

You get a perfectly clean apartment with a pair of sheets and towels. Further cleanings with change of sheets and towels have a cost.

Due to water scarcity in Oaxaca, we are not able to provide laundry service but there is a laundry two minutes walking from the apartment. We have water containers underground which allow us to provide constant water for bathrooms and kitchen.

We have a handyman that is on site Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and from 11am to 6pm. To assist you with any repair or issue you may have. As guests mention in their reviews my response to issues is very fast due to having an actual person in the building who can instantly address issues that may arise.

The neighbourhood is close to the main square of the city and all attractions. It is a residential neighbourhood although there are several buildings for tourists and foreigners. It is still part of the centre so it has the same restriction of construction than the tourist area. Hence, you will see mostly old houses, our building is the tallest in the neighbourhood so the view is amazing.

You are within walking distance from the tourists amenities 10-15 minutes but you can enjoy the conveniences of a residential area (Cheap authentic mexican Markets, Chain supermarkets, authentic and affordable restaurants, shops, water dispensers, laundries, bus stops, quietness, etc.
