Welcome to our former homestead where cows, turkeys, chickens and ducks once roamed. Nestled on 2.5 acres, there was a 2,500 square foot garden and an orchard. Take in the past to the sounds of frogs in the spring and a wistful wind on a warm summer night. Sit on the back deck and enjoy a country view of farmland, lined with evergreen trees giving you a peaceful, secluded setting. Or sit in a rocking chair or glider on the front porch while drinking your morning coffee or catching a beautiful sunset in the evening.

This home is over 3,300 square feet and features 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms and large kitchen and dining room. It also features a large living room with a smart tv and a billiard room for adults. There is also plenty of space in the front and back fenced yard for your children to play.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and 5 piece master bathroom with a jetted tub. Bedroom two features a twin bed. Bedroom three features a double bed and twin bed. Bedroom four features twin bunk beds and children’s toys.

The brightly lit, wide open kitchen is newly updated featuring new appliances, double ovens and a glass top stove. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need to prepare and enjoy family meals. The separate dining room has a beautiful table and is a lovely setting to enjoy a meal with your family.

The billiard room features a beautiful 8-foot pool table for adults to use. Pool sticks are provided and a bistro table for additional seating and mingling.

North Hill Homestead is minutes from Interstate 5, close to shopping and restaurants, about 15 minutes from Downtown Tacoma, 10 minutes from Downtown Puyallup, and 40 minutes from Downtown Seattle. Places to experience while staying at the homestead include: The Washington State Fair, Wild Waves, Seattle Space Needle, Tacoma Dome, Tacoma Convention Center, Tacoma's waterfront, Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, Pike Place Market, Mt. Rainier, as well as the many local lakes and hiking trails.
