First Class Apartment by the Beach

Quiet upscale neighborhood. Apartment is on second floor with private entrance. Easy ten minute seven mile drive to downtown. One mile to drive-on beach. Very private and quiet. Early check-in or later check-out possible depending on my other bookings. I generally accept just one pet but sometimes two depending on breed and size. There is a pet fee that must be paid when booking. If not it must be paid in cash upon check in. The patio and staircase is a shared common area but mostly private.
The space
This is a just completed apartment above the garage in a new, recently built custom home. It is very separated from the rest of the house and well insulated so it is quiet.
The living room faces east, has beautiful sunrises and overlooks a pond which often has birds in it. The bedroom has a queen bed, large dresser, a work space, and a tv and dvd player (with lots of good movies). It faces south and looks down at the driveway. The kitchen faces west and many evenings there are fantastic sunsets. The kitchen is full size; as big as many homes. The bath is also full size with a large tiled shower and a toilet bidet.
Guest access
There is a patio as you enter, with a gas Weber barbeque and a ping pong table. This is also a fully enclosed area for a pet when you are out and about. The patio and the staircase are a shared area, but mostly private.
