A beautiful penthouse right in the center of Tegucigalpa, close to a nice mall, restaurants, hospitals, and government offices. The views are spectacular! My favorite balcony was in the âsecondâ bedroom with views on two sides (the âsquareâ balcony). This is the bedroom you would want to take for yourself since the one with the king-size bed at the entrance only offers a very small balcony, although with spectacular views too. The kitchen is comfortable and well equipped. The bathrooms are nice and comfortable (3 Âœ of them). The washer and dryer are a plus. The large TVs would have been formidable if they worked correctly. There was no cable available throughout our whole stay. There are plenty of covered parking places. Security guards were/are very friendly and welcoming. Indeed, we felt very safe in this place. A few negatives: the apartment was not fully cleaned before our arrival (we had to sweep/mop the floors and clean the bathrooms). Towels were wet we had to dry them). Bed covers were damp. Many of the many tv controls had no batteries. The master bedroomâs main window curtain could not be raised, thus obstructing three quarters of the view in the master bedroom and making access to its balcony difficult. Also, beware, the communal areas (pool, gym, etc.) are not readily accessible to non-owners (something made very clear by the lobby/front desk staff). The use of these areas requires coordination with the property manager. Overall, this is a nice place.
