Incline beach access is strictly for homeowners only. Several beaches are nearby: Hidden Beach, Sand Harbor, and Kings Beach. A limited number of Punchcards can be purchased on a first-come basis for beach access. One punch card per rental, if available. Each has a monetary value that is deducted for each day of beach visits.

Hot tub access is not guaranteed and is operated by McCloud Properties. Please be aware that closures can occur for maintenance and repairs at their discretion.

We are dog-friendly. A $75 pet fee will apply. We kindly request that dogs not be allowed on bedding, sofas, or throw blankets, as this may be a concern for other guests with asthma or allergies.

The property is smoke-free. Please refrain from smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, or any other device inside the home. Smoking is permitted on the deck with the door closed. I appreciate your cooperation. Please be aware that if we receive any complaints about smoking, a $100 fee will be charged for deep cleaning the property.

Our home is on the second floor, so please note there are stairs.

Garage parking is not available. If you are traveling with bikes and gear, please don't hesitate to contact me to talk about a possible exception.

Replacement parking permit is $50.
