Blue Casa: Su Casa a 3BR, 3BA rental tucked in desirable Sunflower Beach Resort, the ultimate locale for active families and beach lovers. Enjoy a walk down to the beach via the sidewalk access path or golf cart assessable boardwalk. The community features 2 shared pools, a nice resort pool with dining pavilion, seasonal café, and shaded kids lounge. The other is a tranquil adult only pool. The house features a large living area that offers lots of extra space for your group. Host a movie night in the spacious first floor living room, with ample seating on the plush sleeper sofa. Watch your favorite movies on the flat screen TV. Plan a game night for your group or pour a beverage from the custom-built bar. Also on this main floor is a King guest room with an ensuite full bath with walk-in shower. For the young travelers in the group, the bunk room is also located on this level, with 2 sets of twins over twin bunk beds, an ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combo. On the second level you are greeted by the open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and dining area. Cooking is a breeze with high quality Whirlpool appliances. When it's time to eat, gather at the elegant dining table, or move to the courtyard for alfresco meals. Head out to the second-floor balcony to relax in the fresh open air, enjoy a beverage in this large intimate sitting area enjoying views of the Gulf as well as the sunset on the Bay. On the second level, the master bedroom is a serene and stylish oasis, with a king bed and a flat screen TV. Downtown Port Aransas is less than 5 miles away, visit local restaurants like The Gaff, or LaPlaya, among dozens of others.
