As you step into the artfully curated space, you and your creative companions can explore the owner's pieces dedicated to the Q-Haus. For those looking to unwind, our signature velvet couch and Sony soundbar await, and we suggest you play Alexander Tarasov's playlist on YouTube to set in the mood.

As you venture further into the home, you'll find a second hang-out space with a lovely "xoxo" plant wall, perfect for capturing memorable group photos. Outdoor toys, playful adult card games, and a giant Jenga set promise to inspire laughter and endless fun. Moving on to the backyard, you'll discover a sun-filled space with a sparkling clear pool boasting all-white glass micro tiles and state-of-the-art HD multiple-color LED lights. Whether you choose to take a dip during the day or evening, the experience will be one to remember.

As you head upstairs, you'll find three colorful themed bedrooms, each with a TV, as well as a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds a floor trundle bed, and two comfortable couches in the living room downstairs. But the true highlight of the Q-Haus is the garage, which offers an immersive sensory-enlightened experience. From air hockey and ping pong in the dark to magical-themed wall decors, this space provides the perfect escape from reality and busy daily life. *WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME?*
Check-in @ 4 PM. Check-out @ 10 AM.

*CAN I CHECK IN EARLY OR CHECK OUT LATE?*
Yes, you can with prior approval. Early check-in and/or late check-out all depend on our booking schedule and seasonality. It can be complimentary or with an additional fee. We try our best to accommodate guests. Please message us early for details.

*WHERE CAN I PARK?*
A maximum of 5 cars is allowed in front of the house. 3 guaranteed spots in the driveway and 2 free parking spots on the street level.

*HOW DO I GET THE KEY?*
The front door is equipped with a state-of-the-art Schlage encore keyless smart lock. The access code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival time.

*WHAT IS THE WIFI PASSWORD?*
The password is provided in your check-in message and posted by the front door.

*WHAT IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD LIKE?*
The Q-Haus is located in a lively yet very safe neighborhood. Since it is still a residential area, please practice common sense and be respectful to our neighbors during your stay just like you would in your hometown.

It is very important that we do not receive any complaints from the city, so we can continue to share our lovely home with you and other future guests.

*IS THERE ANY SECURITY OR SAFETY MEASURE AT YOUR PLACE?*
- There are 5 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area (2 on the exterior side of the front door, 1 facing the driveway, 1 on the exterior double gate, 1 over the outdoor pool). There is no recording device in the interior of the house
- Alarm device for any door entrance to the pool, inspected and approved by the city.
- Smoke & alarms for all the rooms, inspected and approved by the city.
- Fire Distinguisher, located underneath the kitchen sink.
- First-Aid kit, located underneath the kitchen sink.

*WHAT ARE THE ACCOMMODATIONS THAT YOU PROVIDE FOR MY STAY?*
- High speed Internet and WiFi. 500 Mbps Speed.
- 65 inches smart LG TV and Sony soundbar in the living room
- 55-inch smart TCL TV and Hisense soundbar in the garage.
- 55 inches Roku TV in each upstair bedroom
- TV entertainment package: ROKU 200+ standard channels.
- Baby package: Pack & Play/Bassinet, High chair, and toddler's toy in the bunk bed room's closet. Plastic dinnerware for kids.

- Iron with steam and clothing store graded steamer, located in front door closet.
- Hair dryer in each bathroom.
- Complimentary coffee and tea. Besides regular coffee, special drip and Café Du Monde for making Vietnamese-styled hot/iced coffee.
- Cocktail cart with mixology kit. Alcohol was not provided.
- Brand new oversized Washer and Dryer in the garage.
- Fresh Makeup towels, washcloths, large-sized bath towels, & essential toiletries.
- Ginger Lily Farms - vegan cruelty-free shampoo/conditioner/body Wash.
- Office desk in the primary bedroom with available printer.

- Outdoor charcoal BBQ grill with cooking set and wood firepit. Charcoal and wood may be available from previous guests. We do not provide them directly due to liability reasons. Please get additional supplies from conveniently close by Walmart or Home Depot on Highway 111 if you need them.

- Patio umbrellas for sun protection. Please fold them when not used for wind hazards.
- High-quality floats for the pool and outdoor water-resistant throw pillows, located in the black storage containers by both gates.
- Numerous outdoor toys and adult card games, are located in the white cart (living room) and the black cabinet (dining area).

*DO YOU PROVIDE ANY CONCIERGE SERVICE FOR MY STAY?*
The house is inspected and cleaned only prior to your arrival and after your departure by the cleaning crew as part of your booking.

Additional cleaning during your stay may be requested for an additional fee directly to our cleaning crew.

We have a twice-a-week pool cleaning service in the early morning to ensure the highest quality water experience. If you do not want the pool person to come during your stay, please let us know.

The primary mode of communication is through the VRBO platform messaging system.
Phone calls are also available for urgent matters. Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel, so we only can provide immediate assistance within normal office hours from 9 AM to 5 PM.
For any true emergency, please call 911.

*IS THE POOL HEATED?*
The pool can be heated upon request.

There is a $100/day for heating the pool for 9 AM to 9 PM, with a 2 consecutive days minimum. We do not really make a profit on this, and the fee is a reflection of the current gas pricing in California.

It takes up to 12 hours to heat the pool the first time, so please let us know early if you want the pool heated for your stay.

*I DON'T REALLY KNOW HOW TO SWIM; CAN I STILL USE THE POOL?*
The pool is more than 6 feet deep on the far-end right side, away from the stepping stairs. We recommend only staying in the shallow part of the pool (the side that is close to the turf) if you don’t know how to swim. The floats are not meant to be rescue devices for the pool and we do not have a lifeguard on duty for the pool.

- YOU NEED TO ATTEST OUR LIABILITY WAIVER IN ORDER TO USE THE POOL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING.

Other rules for using the pool include no diving, no glass near the water, & no children without adult supervision.

*DO YOU HAVE AN OUTDOOR SPEAKER SYSTEM? CAN I PLAY MUSIC OUTDOOR BY THE POOL?*
We do not have an amplified speaker system in the yard due to noise complaints, but you are welcome to play music with reasonable decibels on your Bluetooth speaker in the backyard. The eager next-door dogs may hear and join the music from time to time. :)

While this is a lively neighborhood, we still practice common quiet hours as follows:
-From Sunday to Thursday: 8 PM to 7 AM
-Friday & Saturday: 10 PM to 7 AM

*I HAVE FRIENDS (FAMILY) IN TOWN, CAN THEY VISIT ME DURING MY STAY?*
No party and visitors are allowed during your stay. It is because VRBO insurance does not protect host and guests for these occasions.

Violation will result in immediate cancellation without a refund and a $1000 fine.

*DO YOU ALLOW PETS?*
Pets are not allowed in the Q-Haus, including emotional support ones. We love our furry friends too, but we have strict no-pet policy as other guests may be allergic. The only exception is Service Animal with official documentation.

*CAN I SMOKE AT THE PROPERTY?*
No smoking/vaping is allowed in the house and the garage. This applies to both tobacco and cannabis use.

*IS YOUR PLACE CHILD-PROOFED?*
No, the place is not entirely childproofed although we do have child safety/tamper-resistant outlets. Please use your standard precautions and supervise your little ones accordingly.


*CAN I BOOK FOR MORE THAN 28 DAYS?*
Longer-term bookings are available with different scheduled fees and rental contracts. Please message the host for details.

*DO WE NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE CHECKING OUT?*
Just lock all the doors before you go.

We trust that you would respect our home like yours. The Q-Haus’ designs are the product of the owner artist’s hard work, so it can be heartbreaking to see our beautiful space trashed after a booking.

Otherwise, we don’t impose any crazy list of chores. We want you to enjoy your 5-star stay to the fullest!
