Newly renovated and freshly painted small bathroom with standup shower. It’s your private bathroom.

From the covered front porch with outdoor chairs and table, you will enter the first bedroom through door marked with “B”. You will see a HDTV (with Roku) over a cabinet and a twin bed.

Passing a lockable interior door, you will enter another bedroom with another twin bed, a clothe shelve, a table and a chair.

Passing another lockable interior door, you will enter the main house where you will find your private small bathroom, a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room.

Free 2 car parking driveway next to your room or 24/7 free street parking.

This whole house is for rental guests and is a very guest-friendly homey environment.

There are 3 long term professional guests living upstairs. They seldom use kitchen or dining room. Feel free to cook, to store your food in the kitchen cabinet and to eat your food at the dining room.

Please remember the kitchen/dining room and refrigerator are SHARED. Please keep your own items in the refrigerator, cabinet and shelves organized and covered to prevent odor and crowed.

Just please be considerate by cleaning the common area after you used it.

The cleaning products are under the counter, HVAC room and in the sink cabinet. The laundry detergents are NOT provided. The laundry detergent on the laundry room shelf belongs to other renters. Please provide your own.

Access:

This whole house is for rental guests and is a very guest-friendly homey environment. All upstairs guests keep to themselves and busy with their career.

Guests have full access to the house including parking driveway except basement where host stores supplies and electricity panel is on the wall.

Please be aware: The common area (kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, driveway) is shared with other guests.

Driveway is first come, first serve. If your car is blocked, you need directly coordinate with other guests.

Please clean up after you used these area to keep the house clean.

Notes:

NO smoking inside. NO children under 10 years old.

The driveway is shared by all guests. Its a 2-car driveway. First come, first serve. Please pull your car all the way to the end of the driveway. So others can park behind you. You need to coordinate DIRECTLY with other guests if your car is blocked.

Trash out day: Thursday night. County will pick up trash on Friday.

Charges toward deposit: $35/each if losing key.

Free laundry open time: 8am-9pm. Max is 2 loads/wk/guest. Please bring your own laundry detergent.
