Spacious balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard with sunset views. Perfect place to watch the city's fireworks display from the balcony. Enjoy the large community pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, and covered parking. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve.
