I've been coming to Bay Tree for 20 years. This time was the first time solo to go fishing. Price was reasonable and provides access to fishing in Port A for boat slips and a fishing pier. Always small sea turtles and cool things. Especially at night. .

Twenty YEARS at Bay Tree?! We LOVE that! And a solo fishing trip sounds like a pretty great way to do Port A! Having the boat slips and fishing pier right there makes it such a great spot for anyone who wants to spend their time on the water. And the sea turtles are always a fun bonus! Thanks for continuing to make Bay Tree part of your Port A trips. We hope there are plenty more fishing trips ahead!

Small beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was nicely decorated and king bed was comfortable. Balcony was nice to sit out and enjoy coffee. The private pier is wonderful. NOt happy about the pool being closed and we were notified after it was too late to cancel.

Spring Break Beach Family Trip

Bring your own blender and can opener because there is not one. Need an update on kitchen utensils and cookware.

Perfect getaway

Absolutely prefect, everything was on point. Close to everything. Amenities (pool, fishing pier, and fish cleaning station) were all in working order.

Great location, very clean, accommodating condo!

My husband and I took our 2 kids for the weekend of Sand Fest. This location is great. The condo was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. The community pool was very clean also. The kids had fun swimming in the evenings while watching the big ships go by in the channel. Would highly recommend this condo for a couple or small family:)

Overall nice place. Has a few minor issues.

Overall, the quality is great and the condo was clean. We would stay there again. A couple of minor things that should be improved. When we first entered the condo, it smelled a little bit musty or like mildew. Would be good to have a can of febreeze. The unit did not have a regular broom to sweep the floor. There was a swiffer mop and dust mop, but they did not have pads on them. There was a hand brush with small dust pan. When we were ready checkout, we found an upright vacuum under the bed. That could have been used to sweep, but we didn't know about it until it was too late and we were checking out. The design and look of the shower is great, but the large, square shower head has low water pressure. You should consider getting a shower head with better pressure.

Very nice condo. Clean, organized, easy check in and out. Good value. Only issue was the hot pool temperature, was like getting into a hot tub. So that was not enjoyable for us. I am unsure if all the condominiums are owned by the host or just the condo so I am not holding that against the host and rating.
