Cute, clean, cozy cabin! Enjoyed the hot tub! Had amenities for us if needed, i.e. toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Would stay there again! Host was very nice and we had easy communication the whole time!

Cabin was clean & comfortable. It is close (within 10-20 minutes) to the Hocking Hills attractions and the town of Logan. It was not “romantic”. Yard – The yard and firepit area were a mess. Looked like recent excavating work had been done and a lawnmower was left in the yard. A guy came the next morning and finished mowing while we were having our coffee. Hot Tub – Cover was water logged and extremely heavy to lift. The circulation pump is noisy and vibrates the deck when running. Shower – The tub didn’t drain well so by the time we were done with our showers we were standing in ankle deep water. Fireplace didn’t work. Gas appeared to be turned off to the pilot. There were no extra blankets or comforter for the king bed.

This property description was accurate. The kitchen, dishes, glass ware and cooking utensils could use some serious updating. The utensils, glassware and cookware were a hodge podge of various things which felt like a bachelor pad or a single person. The host interaction was great. W e had several issues pop up and the host was quick to help us resolve those issues.

This was a great location for exploring the Hocking Hills area. Easy access to all of the state park hiking areas. The cabin was at the end of the lane which provided great privacy. The deck and hot tub overlook a clearing and we saw deer hanging out multiple times. WiFi was great. Roku on the TVs kept you connected if you wanted. Kitchen had what we needed for making breakfast (could use a kettle for boiling water for tea). The housekeeping was pristine and the king bed in the main room was comfy. Would highly recommend this cabin if you are visiting Hocking Hills.

Our stay

Overall it was a nice time although we were not informed of hot tub issues until we got there, and then when we were told in the middle of our stay, there would be a repairman there to deal with said issues.If we would have known the hot tub was out from the jump, we would have probably went elsewhere or if we were informed. I feel as though that information was kept from us in hoax of renting out the cabin. Regardless of whether we wanted to a hot tub or not, it would not have been a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to have the upfront information during the decision process.
