This is a perfect place to stay if you have Mavs tickets. The apartment is super nice. They go the extra mile with all the small stuff. The beds are so comfortable and the place is very clean. Communication is 10 out of 10. We will be a return guest.

A great option for an event at AAC. We had a concert to attend and wanted to make it a weekend. Looked at the W and thought of a VRBO. Glad we did. The check in was seamless and we had parking included. ( it is in a gated garage so entirely safe). The unit is well kempt. We basically needed a place for sleep - we did not cook or anything so I really cannot comment on the kitchen stock. We were so tankful to leave the venue, walk across the street and go to a room. Slept in and then left. The check in/out times were adequate for what we needed. Pool/gym available, but we did not utilize as well. Will look to again if another event in downtown Dallas.

Great downtown location

The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious with a good view of downtown. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure is next level in the building. Bathrooms are big. The owner helped us with a request and is great and helpful and very responsive. There are many amenities in the building. The residents are mostly young professionals it seems. It's close to the Katy Trail for a morning walk. Tom Thumb grocery store is a couple of blocks away and there is some good coffee shops. Hardwood district is cool with many places to eat. This area is very safe. You'll enjoy your stay here for sure.

Family Wedding

We were in town for a family wedding. The accommodations were clean, and has lots of amenities. Our host was great, very responsive. The location was perfect for all our events in uptown. We really enjoyed our down time at the condo, a very relaxing environment. We definitely would recommend staying here.

Great property, fantastic location

The property was clean and in great shape. Exactly as described. The manager was great in giving us all the details to park, check in, etc. This building is right across the street from the American Airlines Center and there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance (under 30 minutes). I recommend this rental.

Great Game!

Stayed here to meet up with our friends from Sweden, they are big hockey fans, so we were looking for a place close to the game. Found it, the apartment was the perfect location, right across the street! No driving necessary. Check-in and communication were very easy. would love to stay here again, highly recommend!

We stayed in the apartment as a central location to visit colleges with daughter in the Dallas area. Great location, very clean apartment and tons of places to eat. The check-in instructions were extremely easy and the people at the front desk were so nice. Our daughter loved the pool while we were taking a break visiting schools.

We loved being so close to the AAC and places to eat. The apartment is gorgeous! Love the big balcony! Only 4 stars on check in because I was frazzled after driving downtown & had trouble working the parking garage doors. The owners are friendly as was the best concierge.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and very pretty! Our host gave very specific easy to follow directions making our check in, stay, and check out simple and stress free as well as answered any questions we had very promptly. The location was perfect for all of the activities we had planned. You can walk to almost anything in downtown Dallas from this building. I highly recommend this rental!

A great place

The unit was really nice, looks even better in person! Having free parking in the facility was great and the host did a fantastic job of explaining the check-in process and how to use the keyfob to access the parking, elevator and unit. The bathrooms were huge, the beds were comfortable and the private balcony had a great view. There were large TVs in each bedroom and the living room area and the kitchen was very nice. Note there is just the seating at the kitchen island to eat at, but that was perfectly fine for our needs.
