This Bottom level Desert Falls C.C. condo is Approximately 20 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport. This spacious, yet cozy condo has a very stylish and comfortable feel. The condo features 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms with a West facing back patio opening up to a great view of the mountains and pool. also, just a short walk to the many other amenities the community has to offer, Fitness center, Pickelball, tennis and golf [STR2022-0168].

Spectacular mountain views from the back patio! It simply doesn't get much better than this! Perfect seasonal rental for golfers/ snowbirds. Famous championship resort golf course with semi-private access. Amenities include: triple fairways w/ clubhouse, driving range, community salt water pool in close proximity, recently renovated state of the art fitness center, tennis courts, and one pickle ball court. Lower level 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.. gas fireplace in living room, and breakfast nook. Brand-new furnishings in this cozy gem. Enjoy sublime sunsets from your West facing patio with a peaceful view of the mountain and pool. Come enjoy the sunset while sipping a cup of java from the large private patio. Desert Falls is the perfect place to experience all the desert has to offer!
Close to shopping, amazing restaurants, over 100 renowned golf courses, McCallum Theatre, College of the Desert and California State University San Bernardino, Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa, The Living Desert, Knott's Soak City, El Paseo, and many other popular attractions. Guests enjoy free access to tennis, fitness center, or enjoy diner at the Desert Falls Grill which is located in the Desert Falls Country Club clubhouse as a guest.
- Sanitizing Cleaning Procedure -
1. We spray Lysol all around the house and air out every room once our cleaners arrive.
2. We disinfect all door handles including kitchen fridge, microwave handles, toilet handle, and all surfaces inside the house.
3. We sanitize all door handles and fridge, Microwave, kitchen, flat surfaces, and chairs a second time with Clorox/bleach to ensure each surface is fully disinfected.
4. We Spray Lysol/disinfectant on the couch and bed frame.
5. We wash all linen with Clorox bleach.
******PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING:*******
1. Maximum Overnight Occupancy: 6
2. Noise Standard and Regulation
Requirements: Per City Palm Desert Law, it is illegal for any unreasonable level of noise or loud partying especially between 10 pm - 8 am. Guests might be cited and fined for any noise complaints from the community or the city.
3. All short-term rental occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and enjoyment of their property.
4. No radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disk player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device, or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from beyond the property boundaries of any short-term rental unit between the hours of 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.

All guests must provide the following information:
1. Copy/photo of valid government-issued identification
2. Full Name
3. Current Address

Guest have access to all of Desert Falls CC's amenities: play-to-play golf, clubhouse, driving range, 32 community pools/spas, recently renovated state of the art fitness center, tennis courts, and 8 pickle ball court.
Other things to note
2 day minimum required. Nightly rate for any bookings less than 30 days will be subject to an 12% transient occupancy tax (TOT) per the City's rules, whereas bookings over 28 days are NOT subject to the 12% TOT. Additionally, we charge a $250 cleaning fee.
Street Parking is okay ( overnight street parking is not) If you have a problem for any reason parking in the driveway you can park but the fitness center
( tons of open parking) just keep your pass on the dashboard when and if you do this.
