If I could give more than five stars for this property, I would! Extremely comfortable, clean and relaxing. We have stayed at various properties in different parts of the US, using different hosts on VRBO and other platforms, and this one may be the very best. Very comfortable beds, in particular.

Hello! I'm passionate about hosting and ensuring that you have a fantastic time in Las Cruces. Your happiness during your stay brings me immense joy, and I'm here to assist you in making the most of your visit. I'll do my best to make your stay memorable.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

This neighborhood offers the best of both worlds. It's a newly developed area with modern houses, ensuring a peaceful and quality living environment. The friendly neighbors create a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, its proximity to groceries stores, restaurants, and easy access to highway 70 and I-25 make it a convenient and comfortable place. NMSU and the main hospitals are 10 to 12 minutes away.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

The property stands out for several unique features. Firstly, its prime location combines convenience with the charm of a brand-new home. All the furniture and décor has been carefully selected from a local Rustic furniture store, adding a touch of character.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of amenities. Step outside, and you'll discover a lovely patio with green turf, a grill, dining table, Adirondack chairs and two rocking chairs.

The house boasts three bedrooms, with the master bedroom offering both a tub and a shower, complete with a bidet in the master bathroom and a walk-in closet. Additionally, there's a fitness room to stay active during your stay. For your convenience, we provide a washer and dryer, along with a spacious two-car garage. We believe these features make our property a unique and comfortable place for your stay.
