Situated next to several canoe rental businesses and only a short distance from the Harpeth River, you can be out on the river in no time. The property offers a spacious backyard and a clubhouse suitable for guests with children. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for stories and stargazing with families and friends

The Space:
Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. Situated next to several canoe rental businesses, you are a short distance to the Harpeth River. Perfect Level 1 river float for families. What a wonderful place to come for a summer trip.

The main house has a Queen, Bunk bed and sofa sleeper. The clubhouse has a Queen and a sofa sleeper. This is 6 beds but can sleep 10 max. The clubhouse has a variety of games and a TV for group gatherings and events. Also a set of rocking chairs on the porch makes it fun to visit with each other. The back porch is outfitted with furniture, tv and firepit and lots of room to run around.

House outfitted with new linens, dishes and appliances. The back patio is great for eating and visiting outdoors and also has a fire pit and tv. The front porch of the clubhouse has rocking chairs for everyone.

You will also find a creek behind the house which is fun to explore.

Just a short ride away, is Montgomery Bell State Park where you will find hiking, boating, fishing and a lodge with a restaurant. Also, this is very close to Harpeth River State Park.

Guest Access:
You will receive the check-in instructions with the access code on the day of your arrival. You'll have access to both the main house and the game room.

The Neighborhood:
This house is right off Highway 70 next to several canoe rentals.

Other Things to Note:
*A max of 2 dogs but not allowed to stay at home unattended. Crate is provided and can fit a large dog. No other pets are allowed.
*The booking price includes a damage insurance fee to cover damages done to the property, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of accidental damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
*You will be receiving a pre-arrival email link from us to gather your travel information.
