Welcome to Boulder Bay Lakehouse — a peaceful waterfront retreat on the shores of Lake Buchanan in Buchanan Dam. This spacious single-story lakefront home sits on more than half an acre with a fully fenced yard, private electric entry gate, mature trees, and beautiful sunset views across the water. There’s plenty of room to spread out, play soccer or football, toss a frisbee, relax under the trees, or simply enjoy the slower pace of lake life. A sidewalk path leads directly to the waterfront steps, making it ideal for families, groups, and dogs alike.
Whether you’re planning a family holiday, couples getaway, ladies weekend, remote work escape, fishing trip, or adventure-filled vacation, Boulder Bay offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and outdoor fun. Guests enjoy access to 2 paddle boards, 2 children’s kayaks, and 2 adult kayaks, along with life jackets for all ages.

Spacious kitchen fully stocked with all cooking essentials, spices, blender, wine glasses, and more. Plenty of dishes to serve. Lovely dining area with amazing views and breakfast bar.

Primary bedroom has a king size bed, private seating area and attached bath. Large walk in shower, separate toilet area, oversized closet and a private door to enclosed patio.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, with built in desk area. Shared bath in hall.

Bedroom 3 has two full size beds along with a twin mattress that can be brought out for extra sleeping.

Graco Pack n’ Play with crib sheets and stokke high chairs available for use.

Hall closet with board games, card games, puzzles, toddler toys, and extra towels.

Main living room has a sofa, ottomans, and two chairs with wall mount smart TV.

Enclosed back porch with bar area, seating, and 2 additional sofas, and a lounge chair. Open patio doors to enjoy the breezes.

Back elevated patio with pergola covered dining area, secondary seating area under a shady tree, gas grill, charcoal grill, and more.

Pergola covered hot tub with spectacular sunset views. Towels provided.

Lower patio with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for s’mores!

Dock with lounge chairs and string lights. Star gaze for hours!

Garage has assorted outdoor games that are rotated through. In addition, there is a Foosball table, air hockey, extra chairs, fishing rods, floats and a garage fridge to stash your lake catch or overflow drinks and groceries. Room to park a vehicle in garage.

Covered single carport parking as well as room for 4 vehicles on driveway.
