We had a wonderful time at the Lake. Michelle & Cat’s home was as described and perfect for us. Nice family neighborhood . Deli, pizza & General store close by. Restaurants are close by with Warwick 15 minutes away. Looking forward to staying here again

Excellent. A very clean, well organized vacation rental. Kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. The fenced in deck has patio set with barbecue grill. The property includes a fenced in yard which is great for children and pets. The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and overall provided a wonderful vacation experience.

Great getaway from NYC

We had a great time. We wanted to take our little kids skiing and it was easy to get to Mountain Creek. It was also an easy drive to Warwick, NY. The fenced in yard was great for our dog.

Clean, comfortable and cozy cabin!

Great cabin, close to the lakes and beaches. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Amenities were amazing and it’s just a short walk to Beach 3! Cat and Michelle were so helpful with any questions we had. We would recommend renting this cabin to anyone visiting the area!

This cabin is fun and well-appointed. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to cook, and the beds and other furniture were comfortable. The photos don't convey how pretty the lake is. Highly recommended.

A cozy stay

This was the perfect small house in the nieghborhood of Highland Lakes. Very clean and welcoming. Host was easily available and attentive to all of our inquiries. Gas gireplace inside warms the great room and looks like the real thing. Outside deck and firepit also delightful. Neighborhood is quiet and access to the beach close - but topography is a bit hilly so be prepared for the walk. Overall a delightful stay

Perfect Weekend

Four adults, two kids, and one dog. Plenty of room for all of us, especially with the fenced yard for our pup. Owners went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and we're always available for any questions or concerns. We would be happy to stay here again!

Wonderful, cozy cabin near the lake.

Our stay here was very nice. The cabin was exactly as described - a very clean, nicely (and newly) renovated, comfortable, pet friendly, three bedroom lake-community cabin. It was well supplied, and well appointed. Our hosts were quick in responding to the few questions that I had, and supplied us with a very well put together 10-page guide to the cabin and the community. The totally fenced in yard was a good size to let our two Westies get out and play. The quiet lake (no gasoline powered boat motors) is an easy walk from the cabin. Unfortunately, during our stay, the nearest beaches were closed for swimming due to an ongoing alge treatment. There was only one beach open for swimming that was currently open, a long walk or drive from the cabin. There is no dishwasher, but that really wasn’t an issue. My wife and I would absolutely consider renting it again.

Great location, super clean, pet friendly home away from home

We had a wedding on the weekend and decided to stay the week. Great choice! Venue was only 20 mins away. We walked to the beach (one block, short walk) where 3 lifeguards were on duty while we swam and splashed. Went to Wawayanda state park and also drove to and climbed the "Stairway to Heaven" trail for a spectacular view! Took our grands to Legoland, 35 mins away for a special day together and to the Sterling Hills Mine and Museum, which was wonderful as well. This lovely, modern home was well stocked, clean, cozy, comfy and close to many fun destinations. Our hosts were very responsive to our communications throughout our stay. This is a lovely, scenic area with beautiful views and friendly folks.

Cute house but local community is not welcoming

Pros: house is nice and clean. Looks just like in pictures. We liked the interior design, very cosy and detailed. There are plenty of blankets, pillows. Kitchen is well equipped. It’s very close to the lake that has a small beach. Beautiful nature, quiet. There are neighbors so it’s not too secluded which was good for us bc we did not want to be in the middle of nowhere. There is a big supermarket 10 min away. Cons: The outdoor patio was not clean upon arrival. The cushions on chairs were wet. There is no dishwasher so if you plan on cooking it’s gonna be a lot of cleaning. A lot of mosquitos, the whole area seems like it has swampy spots so it’s something to keep in mind when you go hiking or try to sit outside by a fire pit. I booked the place for a whole week and upon arrival there were only one roll of paper towel and four rolls of toilet paper which was not enough for a whole week with 5 adults. The main con for us was the local community. We had an incident with some local guy tailgating us when we were on the main road and then stalking us all the way to the house. It seems like a gated community and their security didn’t even care to check on us. Instead they just talked to the guy and stand still watching us while we waited for cops whom i had to call bc we did not feel safe. The cops resolved the situation. The guy left. But this incident made us unwelcome and unsafe. This is not the owner’s fault but something to keep in mind if you go there.

Cozy cabin in convenient location

Michelle & Cat are incredible. Both were very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. Close to the Appalachian trails. After our hike after, we enjoyed relaxing in the the backyard. Thank you!! The cabin is super cute and very well organized. Switches are labeled, plenty of kitchen necessities, and even a fenced in yard for the dogs! It was a perfect escape and I will absolutely be returning.
