Additional amenities include two dedicated workspaces for remote work, a Weber gas grill, and a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

Located minutes from Fenwick Island Beach, the retreat provides family-friendly oceanfront access and water sports in a tranquil setting. Nearby attractions include the Bayside Resort Golf Club, Freeman Arts Pavilion, and a variety of dining and shopping options along Route 54.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
Fob is required to enter the pool and is included with the rental. If lost or stolen, a replacement fee will be assessed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
