Villa Tatutina is comprised of 4 private guest villas situated around a courtyard with a fountain and cascading bougainvillea over a beautifully lighted arbor. Each villa may be rented separately (Harbour House, Reef House w/ Gathering, Gate House, Lighthouse).

There are shared common areas available to all guests including the Infinity pool and pavilion which offers a full outdoor kitchen, full private bath, and outdoor covered seating. Additional shared areas include supporting structures like the Dock, Dock House/upper level deck, and sun deck.

GATE HOUSE
* Decorated in a delightful Bahamian theme and complete with full kitchen, this villa offers 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath.

* Two ground level suites include Clownfish, which offers 1 Queen-size bed, and Curley Tail, which offers 2 Queen-size beds.

* The upper level Parrot Fish Suite has a Queen-size bed and a fold-out sofa.

* This villa includes one shared full bath for all bedrooms, a full kitchen, and laundry room. Each suite has a separate entrance and all open into the kitchen area.

THE PROPERTY
Designed for privacy and exclusivity, Villa Tatutina is a spectacular tropical estate that has been described as one of the finest and most unique properties in all of the Bahamas: “The Very Best in Island Living”. Located on Abaco Island (the out-islands), the property is close to the US mainland and other "touristy" areas of the Caribbean, but upon arrival, you will see that it's truly a world away. This oasis is not for everyone - there are no cruise ships, high-rises or crowds. This is an opportunity for a unique vacation, set at your own pace, to experience authentic destinations and activities that are off-the-beaten path.

The estate is situated on beautifully landscaped and gated grounds overlooking the harbour where the views and sunsets are breathtaking. The estate offers every amenity expected of a true luxury residence. The tropical gardens surrounding the property are extraordinary. Massive royal palms and lush highbred tropical foliage are in such abundance you have to see to believe. Outdoor entertaining areas include a towering pavilion that overlooks a beautiful infinity pool accented with hand painted tiles and cascading waterfalls over rock formations. This spectacular area has a fabulous view of the harbor. A back-up generator, air conditioning, and on-site daily staff assistance are highlighted amenities that ensure a comfortable stay.

The Dock will accommodate up to a 100' and 70' boat. Dock fees apply to all private and rental boats moored at the property (based on length of vessel, charged per foot, per night). Metered electric, metered water, and bagged ice available for a fee at the dock. Dock Power Pedestal offers two 50-amp hook-ups. Additional guest amenities may be available in the Dock House.

Cleaning fee is assessed at the time of reservation (for cleaning completed upon check-out). Extra cleaning services available upon request; additional fees apply. Damage deposit administrative fee is assessed at the time of reservation. A resort fee is collected on the final bill due for all reservations, including any settlement charges for expenses incurred during the reserved dates and invoiced upon check-out.

Other Concierge Services may be available including: Sprinter Van rental with driver, assistance with pantry stocking deliveries, scheduling indoor/outdoor spa services on-site, and more. Additional fees apply.

Charter boat rentals available locally for charter fishing, sightseeing excursions, or snorkeling/diving.

Kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear are available on-property for guest usage at no cost.
