Beautiful Main Channel View Cozy Condo in the HEART of Osage Beach! Boat Slip!

Charming condo at The Ledges is a great 3 bed 2 full bath lakefront property with fantastic WIDE-OPEN view of the main channel on mile marker 20! Conveniently located in the center of Osage Beach!

The complex has two swimming pools – one on the point with an AMAZING view of the main channel. The second pool is located at the entrance of the complex. There is also a sandy beach area for kids and a walking path along the lake that provides a scenic view.

Feel at home and relaxed at the waterfront condo, decorated with personal and welcoming touches. The condo is located a few steps away from the parking lot and is professionally cleaned in preparation for your visit!

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dinnerware and appliances. A dishwasher makes clean up after meals a breeze. Enjoy your meal at the raised bar in the kitchen, dining room table or on the patio.

The living room offers a cozy sectional sofa with a flat screen HD TV with a great sound system, perfect for watching TV or your favorite movie. High speed wifi Internet is provided free of charge.

The waterfront master suite has a high-quality king-sized bed, flat screen HD TV, connected bath with double vanity and bath/shower combination. Enjoy a great view of the lake and access to the porch from the oversized sliding glass door.

A second large bedroom features a queen-sized bed with shared access to an additional full bath with a bath/shower combination. Includes a flat screen HD TV and plenty of room for you to stretch out and relax.

The third bedroom features two bunks, one twin over full and the other twin over twin, flat screen HD TV for the kids and across the hall access to the additional full bath.

The patio provides a view of the main channel. Enjoy your morning coffee with a view! The patio is perfect for relaxing and lots of boat watching! Whatever you do, enjoy your time in privacy that waterfront properties inherently provide!

All linens and towels are supplied. In addition, many essentials are provided for your start up convenience such as laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, paper towels, etc.

The dock area is a no-wave cove, which is ideal for fishing, feeding the ducks and docking your boat. Use of the 10 x 30 slip is available for $25/night and just a short walk away.

The all new OASIS AT LAKEPORT, the $300m family resort and entertainment district is coming 2024 and will offer amusement rides & attractions, restaurants, amphitheater, marina and boardwalk. (**see last photo attached**) This is also minutes from our condo by land.

The Ledges is known for its unbeatable location, just off of Hwy 54 and next to the State Park. If you don’t have a boat, there are local nearby marinas to rent a boat or jet skis! We can also provide a list of of charter boat companies available upon request. We’re located less than a couple miles away from Dierberg’s Grocery Store, Premium Outlet Mall and tons of restaurants/bars on and off the water. There are endless things to do off property as well. If you haven’t been to Randy’s Frozen Custard, IT IS A MUST while visiting the Ozarks! Visit Shawnee Bluff Winery for a beautiful sunset view and try their delicious wood oven pizza. Explore a cave, cross over the swinging bridge, hike the Ha Ha Tonka State Park trails, play put-put golf, ride go-carts or visit Willmore Lodge for a little bit of history. If you like to golf, there are lots of top-notch golf courses nearby. You will always find something fun and exciting to do here at the lake! We offer complimentary WiFi and our unit is smoke free and pet free. Check in time is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. You must be at least 25 to rent our unit. ❤️ Here is a little more info to prepare you for success! :)

***PLEASE NOTE*** Our condo is only stocked with starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing pods and laundry detergent pods. If you run out, Dollar Tree, Walmart and Dierberg's grocery store is conveniently located nearby.

Guest parking is readily available! However, during peak season it may get a little tight.

In order to maintain your great parking experience, the HOA does NOT allow oversized trucks, RVs, trailers, boats, and watercraft to be parked here at anytime

Boat launching and trailer parking are NOT available on-site; however, we find the Lake of Ozarks State Park is a convenient and well-kept facility for launching, retrieving, and parking! Give them a call & please plan accordingly :)
