1950’s Tiny attached home a stone's throw from Mallory beach.
Hop on a bike or take a short walk to the pier or St Simons village just minutes away. Couples or small families are best suited for our quaint unit with its bright but small spaces. 2 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 single with trundle, tiny bathroom and open living dining area. Guests will enjoy our outdoor living space with a small inground pool, firepit & grill. This home may not have all the upgrades but location and amenities are a plus!
The space
Nice, bright, open living dining area adjoining the small but well stocked functional full kitchen.
Good sized master bed with walk-in closet and tiny full bathroom.
Small second bedroom with single trundle bed.
Double queen sofa bed in living room if needed.
The space is small and we recommend it for four guests but could sleep
6 if needed.
All rooms are air conditioned, clean and nicely decorated.
Having kept with some of the 1950's vibe you will find the original hardwood floors which may creek at times as well as the lovely wood ceiling and beams.

The newly renovated yard boasts a small inground pool for a refreshing dip, a unique putting green with sand trap, firepit and grill as well as generous seating areas to lounge and relax after a day at the beach or exploring all
St Simons has to offer.

This unit is attached to the Big Peach which accommodates large groups.
It is possible to rent the 2 units for family reunions where you will have ample space to gather and enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer.
Live, laugh, love... but most of all make memories!

Guest access
Guests will have access to their own private entrance with
parking on the right side of the house next to the entrance door.
BBQ grill which is located on the side of the house.
You will share the yard, pool, golf green firepit and seating with the attached unit The Big Peach
You will also have access to the shed and share the bikes, beach chairs and beach carts.
The laundry room located at the back of the house and accessed through the yard is also shared with The Big Peach and you must bring your own detergent.
Other things to note
Keep in mind this is a BEACH cottage built in the 50's.
