The quaint city boasts of beautiful sandy beaches, lagoons, outstanding shopping and incredible sporting events. Known as “the village by the sea,” picturesque Carlsbad has a historic downtown district overlooking the ocean. Locals and tourists alike can spend the day at the beach and then stroll into the village for a boutique shopping experience, and delicious bites at recognized restaurants.

Getting Around:
You can walk to the beach! Downtown Carlsbad is a cute walkable area too. I'd recommend having a car to drive to other fun destinations as well. Uber / lyft is easy to get if you don't have a car.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.

For your safety we have a Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door.

Landscaping is done every Thursday.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
