The home boasts a fully-equipped Kitchen with plates, glasses, coffee mugs, wine and beer glasses, flatware, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, large roasting pan, spices, bowls, serving dishes, toaster, coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, panini grill, crock pot, quesadilla maker, etc.

There is a premium Touch-Screen Jenn Air Double Oven, an extra-large Side-By-Side Refrigerator, Cafe Bar, and Butler's Pantry area. This home has a comfy Living and Family Room area with a flat screen TV in each room. It also has two interior Dining areas which seat up to 14 people. Flat-screen televisions are provided in most every room of the home and come with Firestick streaming devices.

When it comes to sleeping options, the Primary Bedroom offers Luxe bedding and a tranquil place to rest and unwind. The Primary Bathroom offers a separate shower and spa-like jetted tub (bath salts included) where you can decompress and rejuvenate from a long day.

There are three additional bedrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms has a luxurious queen bed, the other bedroom has a comfy double bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a futon and large sofa in the living room area (first floor). The Game Room offers a futon to sleep on as well. Upon guest's request additional sleeping options, such as cots, can be provided for an additional charge.

The Backyard Patio area includes a propane BBQ and quaint sitting and dining area with a shaded canopy. Cornhole is also provided for additional fun.

This home is just a short walk, or drive, to all Ladera Ranch Pools, Water Parks, Tennis Courts, Basketball and Volleyball Courts, Skate Park, and Hiking Trails. Access to these amenities are provided for all our guests and is included as part of the stay. The property is not far from Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Ladera Ranch Farmer's Market, Beaches, Disneyland, Angel's Stadium, Honda Center, Knott's Berry Farm, John Wayne Airport, San Juan Capistrano Mission, the Equestrian Center in SJC, Irvine Spectrum, Laguna Beach, San Clemente Pier, and Dana Point Harbor.

Booking Conditions:

There is a maximum occupancy of 10 guests per the nightly rate, including children and infants. Any additional guests booked, exceeding the maximum occupancy of 10, will be charged an additional $35 per person/per night for the total length of the booking. In addition, any guests showing up at the property, other than the number of guests confirmed and booked for the stay, will incur an additional $35 per person/per night fee for the total length of the booking.

There is a fee of $75 per pet/per stay (up to two approved pets) for stays up to one week. An additional $75 per pet, per week, will be imposed for stays longer than 1 week.

An early check-in or late check-out may be possible with an approved advance notice for a fee. This fee will be calculated based on half of the nightly rate (either first night or last night) and will be payable either prior to check-in or on the day of the request.

Bookings beginning on a Thursday or Friday must be for a minimum of three consecutive nights, or an additional charge of $499 per night will be assessed for each night not booked. Bookings beginning on a Saturday must be for a minimum of two nights, or an additional charge of $499 per night will be assessed for each night not booked.

Holiday bookings must be for a minimum of three consecutive nights or an additional charge of $599 per night will be assessed for all nights not booked to meet the minimum length for a Holiday stay. All Holiday booking requirements supersede any other minimum nightly booking requirements. Holidays included for this listing are President's Day Weekend (2/16 to 2/19), Easter Weekend (3/29 to 3/31), Memorial Day Weekend (5/24 to 5/26), Independence Day Weekend (7/3 to 7/6), Labor Day Weekend (8/30 to 9/1), and Thanksgiving Day Weekend (11/20 - 11/23).

Christmas Week bookings (12/23 to 12/27) must be for a minimum of four consecutive nights or an additional charge of $599 per night will be assessed for all nights not booked to meet the minimum length required. All Christmas decorations will be displayed during the holiday season and will be removed after the first of the year. A minimum of a two night consecutive stay is required if booking for either New Year's Eve or New Year's Day (12/31 or 1/1). If the two night minimum requirement is not met for either of these days, a $499 fee will be assessed to the booking.

All travelers wishing to have a "special event" at the property must receive permission from the host prior to booking their stay. A "special event" is considered to be a total of 8+ guests above the number of guests originally booked. A "special event" fee is based on the total number of guests at the property (the total number of guests includes those who are part of the original booking). The fee structure is as follows: Up to 18 total guests - $350, 19 to 25 total guests - $525, 26 to 30 total guests - $700. If the host has not approved a "special event" at the property, there will be a $2,500 charge assessed to the guest booking the property.

A crib is available upon request for a rental cost of $50 per stay. A "Pack and Play" is available upon request for a rental cost of $35 per stay. A high chair is available upon request for a rental cost of $25 per stay. A stroller is available upon request for a cost of $25 per stay. Cots are available upon request for a rental cost of $35 per stay/per cot. There are a total of four available cots.

Fireplace is decorative only and is not to be used by the guests.

A Cleaning fee for stays one week or longer is $500. All "special events" at the property will be assessed an additional cleaning fee of $395. All on-sight event vendors must carry event insurance with a minimum liability of $500K and a waiver of subrogation.

In trying to keep our cleaning costs as low as possible, we ask that all travelers put the property back into the same condition as upon their arrival. The cleaning fee includes 3 hours of cleaning services, any additional cleaning required will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.

A community access key will be provided for all reservations. If the community access key is not returned, a $250 fee will be charged. If any house keys are not returned, a $75 fee per key will be charged. If the main house key is lost during the stay, and the guest requires an immediate replacement, a total of $125 will be charged.

A $500 ($750 for approved "special events") refundable administrative fee is required on all bookings. These monies will be used to off-set any incidental charges incurred during the stay and will be returned to the guest after the stay (less a $35 administrative fee and any fees charged by VRBO), and will be returned to the traveler after the stay once the host has received payment in full from VRBO. The administrative fee is not a security deposit.

All "additional fees" will be due prior to the commencement of the stay and will be the responsibility of the original guest booking the property. The guest who booked the property will be required to provide a copy of either an up-to-date driver's license, ID, or other form of documentation verifying current residence (for example, a utility bill).
