The Hive ... a country getaway

About this space
This is a beautiful country get away. Plenty of space to run around, ride horses, go fishing, have a fire and roast marshmallows. This is our family’s get away but we would like to share it with you when it’s available. It is close to a charming small town with cute local shopping. Also very close to the Sulphur River where you can go fossil hunting, hiking, picnicing etc. Driving distance from Bonham State Park. Within a few miles of the Bois D'Arc Lake that will open in 2022.

Bedroom 1 has queen bed with full bath
Bedroom 2 has full size bunk beds
Bedroom 3 has full size bed
2nd full bath in hall

Living Room has a TV. No cable, but there are loads of DVDs and VHS movies.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire modular facility including kitchen and laundry room. You also have access to the grounds around the facility for cooking out, playing outdoor games etc.
Other things to note
For additional fees we can provide guided tour of 100 acre property, horse back riding, hay rides, and introductory bee keeping class.
