This beautifully upgraded condo is meticulously cared for by the owners and it’s the first time in years that they have made this condo available for rental.

While this unit enjoys a garden view from the lanai, the resort itself is situated right on the ocean bluff and unit 4104 is tucked away, located below ground level in the quietest area of the complex. This is a single level fully upgraded condo with only one flight of stairs from the parking level. Easy to carry your luggage and groceries. Cozy and comfortable in a very relaxing ambience. When you arrive, you will be welcomed with a tropical basket of goodies. The large garden lanai is an ideal place to enjoy beautiful sunrises, spend your breakfast, lounge, or bask in the sun, magnificent moon rises and stars at night. Feel at home cooking your favorite meal in an upgraded designer’s kitchen. The amenities include saltwater swimming pool which is a few minutes’ walk, and you can take a dip in the jacuzzi after a whole day’s excursion. During sunsets, you can take a few minutes’ walk to The Point to see the picturesque Poipu coastline and Niihau (the forbidden Island) from the distance. Sit on the bench at the Pointe and enjoy the sea life or just have cocktails while enjoying the ocean and feel the sea breezes. When you get back to the condo, you can have dinner in the spacious kitchen. The split system AC has just been installed for your convenience. If you just want to spend the lazy day in the condo, a highchair is provided on the lanai to give a beautiful glimpse of the turquoise blue water of the Pacific Ocean. Other amenities in the complex include outdoor BBQ and tennis court. A short ride or doable walk from the property provides more surfing, snorkeling and wave boarding opportunities. Poipu also hosts an array of restaurants, shopping experiences, famous golf courses, and farmers markets. This condo is truly a garden oasis to create memories with your loved ones while you explore the Island’s natural beauty.

Host was great. The unit, however, was not so great. Beds were horribly uncomfortable - way too soft. They had 4" foam pads on top of the mattresses which we removed during our stay, but the mattresses were still too soft for a comfortable sleep. The living room sofa was also very uncomfortable and way too soft. You literally sunk into it and it was difficult to get up. As there was only one other chair that was halfway comfortable, this was the only place to sit in the evenings. We ended up putting towels on the floor and sitting on the floor most of the time.

The 4 inch foam layer on the beds is a cooling topper designed to help keep the room comfortable alongside the AC, though we understand bedding comfort is very personal and can vary from guest to guest. If something like this ever comes up during a stay, we always encourage guests to reach out so we can try to help in real time, as we certainly would not want anyone to feel they needed to sit on the floor, especially since there are also two large chairs in the living room in addition to the sofa. We do hope you still enjoyed your overall visit and time on the island.

Great place everything you need!

It was great! Arrived to a very nice collection of goodies, even a pineapple! The place has everything you need, lots of kitchen utensils, outdoor chairs and boogies boards. Place was very clean! Property manager reached out to make sure everything was to our liking. Would def stay here again.

Very clean great location

Very clean throughout, bright updated kitchen area, great location right on the coast with coastal walking path next to building. We saw whales off shore and lots of turtles in the small more sheltered coves. Nearby Koloa has all services.

Convenient location.

This condo was a great location for our short stay on Kaui. It gave us easy access to the beach for snorkeling, whale watching, and enjoying the setting sun. We found great restaurants nearby.

Perfect condo for our little family

This condo is neat and clean, nice upgraded kitchen. Bed was comfortable and the walking path was so nice with beautiful ocean views. The only concern was the 2nd bedroom smelled very musty, and for us there was a concern since our daughter has bad allergies to mold so we weren’t able to use that room.

Sweet Location

We had a lovely time and enjoyed the property. It was in walking distance to two beaches. Also a short walk to see the turtles, whales, monk seals, dolphins, sunsets and sunrises.The condo was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The only downfall were the beds as they were very soft and hot. Overall this is a lovely place.

Quiet, Excellent Location

Quiet community with access to breathtaking ocean views. Our group had a wonderful time - the unit was clean and comfy - the mattress toppers were a bit softer than any of us would have liked and slept a little hot, but still a 5/5 experience.

Awesome location

We had a great time. Walking trail starts 20 feet from the patio and curls along coast to Shipwreck Beach. Saw whales, dolphins, and sea turtles on our morning and evening walks and excellent sunset views over the water. Condo has everything you need and is close to numerous good restaurants, more beaches, shopping, Port Allen for cruises, and Waimea Canyon for hikes and stunning valley views. Quiet time after 9am is a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo. Spacious and clean. Great location 10 min from beach. It was not fully air conditioned. Just the bedrooms had AC. Huge damage deposit which took forever to get back.

Great Location with a Lived-in Vibe

The complex location was superb with a nice unheated pool. We could walk both to Poipu Beach and the Grand Hyatt and beyond. The unit is partially underground with no actual view but the patio has a lifeguard-style chair from which there is a partial ocean view. Immediately on the other side of the fence there is a very active walking path with a view into the unit. The photos don't include a picture of the dated yellowed jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom which we didn't use and caused us to favor the newer bathroom shown in the photos. The King bed was much softer than we're used to but amazingly didn't hurt our backs. Parking went well and wasn't a problem.

January Vacation

We enjoyed the short walk to the path to see the whales and the sunset. We also liked that we were close to Brennecke's beach and restaurants. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The TV was frustrating as I don't know Roku and the instructions in the book didn't help me. Our neighbors Judy and Jim tried helping but I finally had to buy a temporary network. It all worked out. I did scrub on the tub as it has a ring around it probably from hard water. I got is in a bit better shape. I need baths for my arthritis and knees. I am wondering when the deposit will be returned.

Fabulous stay!

We had a wonderful time here! Coming from the east coast where it is cold and dry this time of year, it was quite nice being able to spend it by the beach. The waterfront is beautiful to look at but note that it isn't swimmable. It was fine for us as we went to Poipu beach or the neighboring beaches. The beach chairs and cooler was a nice addition as we were able to visit many beaches. There was ample parking which was nice and we had a bit of luggage so navigating closer to the condo was definitely a plus. The condo was as described however note that being near the water it is very humid and there are notes about condensation with the air conditioner and with the washer. The place was very clean and we were welcomed with a nice basket of local goodies. We did have to run out for toiletries as there isn't enough shampoo and conditioner/body wash to last the duration of our stay. It was fine for us as it was noted and gave us a reason to visit costco. We had a bad stay with another location with roaches, and we didn't see any in this condo. It was kept clean and we kept it clean even with 2 small children, there are little ants that would come if something is left out but it wasn't bad and we wiped and swept as we went. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and would recommend a stay here.
