Located in the Wasena district, this newly renovated historic home offers close proximity to the Roanoke river, mountain trails, downtown, shopping & more. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Please note the age of this home means thinner walls and creaky floors. Please have respect for your fellow guests and refrain from loud noises during quiet hours.

The building is located about 15 minutes from the Roanoke Airport, 1 hour from Virginia Tech University, 5 minutes to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, and 10 minutes from Roanoke Community Hospital.

The greenway is located one block away connecting to Downtown as well as the Mill Mountain trail system providing options for both transportation and recreation.
