Very spacious and centrally located 3 bedroom apartment. 1600 Sq ft! Great for families and groups, sleeps up to 8 guests! Full kitchen, dining room, Disney+, HBO Max, and Netflix to entertain. Relax in the claw foot tub or enjoy one of the many areas to chill and entertain. Loads of historic character and charm in this updated 123 year old building. Just a 10 min drive to downtown and many major attractions.

We are centrally located so it's great for getting to major city sites easily by car. The area is a good mix of old classic brownstones and new development. There is a great restaurant a few blocks away called Have A Cow Restaurant and a grocery store and small shopping center 1/2 mile east but otherwise not many shops/restaurants within walking distance. Lots of free street parking out front and a gravel parking pad next to the building so no worries there.
"Is it safe? We've heard about St. Louis crime..."
Yes! Our neighborhood is among the safest in St. Louis (reference: Trulia crime stats). We've lived here for several years with no issues. Please know that the area is very safe and nowhere near the areas (North and East St. Louis) that you hear about in the news. That said, it is a city neighborhood, not gated suburb and you'll find a wonderful melting pot of old homes, new development and diverse neighbors.
The whole apartment is yours! We live in the unit next door. We won't disturb you but are always available if you need anything during your stay.
The apartment is rich with the history and character of a 123 year old house. You'll find the apartment is clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. You'll love all the space it has and the location is super convenient to access city attractions.
Lots of free street parking. It's a nice, quiet street.
We are located near the highway so you'll notice minor car noise while outside and very lightly from the inside when the room is quiet. It won't be an issue for most but something to note for those who are very sensitive to background noises. Turning on the fan or provided white noise machine will more than offset the sound if that is a concern.
