This place is as good as sweet tea in the summer time. You will absolutely love coming to Mama's house at the end of the day to relax. A calm and soothing atmosphere is unspoiled by life's day to day stresses. Quiet and serene. Safe and secure. Cozy. Comfortable.
The space
Mama's house is a blast from the past with a nice mixture of the old with the new. Beautiful antiques. All windows have plantation shutters to open or close. The kitchen has super nice granite countertops and backsplash. A large pantry is well lit. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots, pans, and utensils to cook a delicious meal on the fancy gas stovetop and oven. There is microwave to warm up Takee Outee's. Dishes, glasses, and utensils provided. There is a like new washer/dryer in a closet off of the kitchen. The breakfast room is delightful. A gorgeous stained glass piece in the window that looks out to the patio. The area has a table with 4 chairs. There is also a nicely appointed formal dining room. Although the den is not overly spacious, it is cozy. Comfortable sofa that reclines on either side along with 2 reclining chairs. Large 55 inch flat screen TV in the den and master bedroom. There is a full size antique bed in the guest bedroom. The bed is beautiful with a head board that reaches up to the ceiling. Elevated- 29 inches. A foot stool is provided at the bedside. There is an antique dresser provided for drawer space. The bedroom has a spacious closet. The guest bathroom is average size. The entire room is squeaky clean. Includes Bathtub/shower, toilet , single sink with mirror above. A multi shelved closet in the bathroom has towels, a basket of toiletries, and linens. The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable King size bed with side tables. There is a 55 inch flat screen TV to watch while relaxing in bed. A huge walk in closet has 2 chest of drawers. Lots of space for hanging clothes. The master bathroom has a beautiful granite counter with a basket of toiletries on top. Fresh towels are located in a basket under the counter. Plenty of drawer space for your brushes, etc. Nice tub with shower. Shower head has a hand held wand available. The back porch is a welcoming gathering place. 4 wrought iron patio chairs with cushions and a cushioned wooden swing. 2 small tables to place food and drinks on. A smoking area is provided with a standing ashtray. A brand new wooden fence completely surrounds the space for privacy. There is a 2 car garage. 2 wrought iron chairs are located in the garage for sitting with the garage door open.
Guest access
Kitchen, breakfast room, formal dining room, den, washroom, master bedroom front guest bedroom, and garage are accessible. A back guest bedroom and small closet in the master bedroom will not be accessible and will be key locked to maintain security. The locked room will have a security camara inside.

-Bathroom Cleaning Supplies and Toilet Paper Rolls are located under the sink in each Bathroom.
- House Cleaning supplies, Kitchen Trash Can Supplies,
Dishwasher Detergent
Pods are located under the kitchen sink.
- Clothes detergent pods and dryer sheets are located in the cabinets above
the washer/dryer along with old towels and cloths if needed for spill clean up
or general cleaning.
- A Floor Sweeper, Vacuum Cleaner, and Spin Mop and Water Bucket are
provided for cleaning if needed.
- An extra set of bed sheets for each bed are located in the baskets in the
guest bathroom closet.
