With 2,400 sq. ft. of coastal charm, a private saltwater pool (heat optional), and plenty of room for up to 12 guests, this home is perfect for family getaways or group vacations.

Pool heat available for $50 per night (+ tax, 3-night minimum).

🐾 Pet Policy
• Up to 2 dogs allowed (max 45 lbs each)
• $250 non-refundable pet fee + tax (this fee covers both dogs)
• Must be crate trained and crated when left unattended
• All pet waste must be picked up immediately
• Any pet damage is the guest’s responsibility

🧳 What to Bring
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.

For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:

☀️ condiments, spices, and cooking oil
☀️ dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters
☀️ beach towels, sunscreen, umbrella, and beach toys
