Unser Haus befindet sich in der Rancho El Dorado - Golfplatzgemeinschaft „The Duke“. Nur 30 Minuten vom Flughafen PHX entfernt.

Der Hinterhof wurde wunderschön angelegt, mit 900 Quadratmetern. Kunstrasen, grünen Palmen, 4 verschiedenen Obstbäumen, Kakteen und anderen Pflanzen, um Ihnen eine Resortatmosphäre rund um den voll beheizten Pool (GAS, Solar und Hotspot) zu geben Erhitzung austauschen - KEINE ZUSÄTZLICHEN KOSTEN - bei 80 bis 84 Grad. Viele Solar- und Flutlichter umgeben den Garten, aber nicht so sehr, dass Sie die herrlichen Sterne nicht sehen können. Sie können auch unter der Beleuchtung dieser Beleuchtung putt und chipieren. Es gibt einen Propan BBQ. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Hinterhof, darunter eine Terrasse mit sechs Plätzen; und verstellbare Liegen mit Sonnenschirm.

Es gibt viel zusätzlichen Raum mit Wohnzimmer, Familienzimmer und Höhle. Zusätzlicher Zugang zum Garten und zum Pool kann vom Familienzimmer aus erfolgen. Der Blick auf den Pool ist im gesamten Haus zu sehen (Küche, Esszimmer, Familie und Wohnzimmer). Vollgröße Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Schlittenbett und ein komplettes Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, separater Dusche / Badewanne und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Privater Zugang zum Pool kann vom Master-Badezimmer aus erfolgen. Es verfügt außerdem über einen 42-Zoll-LCD-HDTV mit Blu-ray-Player und Kabel-TV. Die anderen Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Full Size Double. Ein Einzelbett befindet sich in der Höhle; Es gibt jedoch keine Privatsphäre.

Sehen Sie Unterhaltung auf dem 55-Zoll-LCD-UDTV 4K und einem Blu-ray-Player und Kabel-TV.

Mit dem Laptop können Sie das Internet mit Ethernet und WLAN erkunden. Ein Drucker ist verfügbar, aber Sie müssen die Tinte bei Bedarf bereitstellen.

Wir haben 2 Sätze Golfschläger (steifer Schaft) für freies zur Verfügung, so dass Sie kein Set niederfliegen müssen.

Einer von Golf Digest Top 100 Golfplätzen (Southern Dunes), der von Fred Couples mitgestaltet wurde und von Troon Golf verwaltet wird, ist weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt über 50 Golfplätze innerhalb von 45 Minuten!

Wonderful property!

An amazing stay in the sunshine!

Everything was ready for our arrival! Our hosts were so wonderful to work with and the house is perfect for a vacation in the sun. The pool and the golf green made the home even more amazing. There is lots of space to make your stay very comfortable! Looking forward to returning at some point!

Beautiful Vacation Rental

I am so glad that we chose this house in Arizona. The accommodation were great and had everything that we needed. The backyard was absolutely beautiful and we loved the pool. The inside of the house was very nice and super clean. Dana was a great host and was super helpful and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend this home away from home.

The home was exactly as pictured on line.Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped.If you are a golfer don't miss Sothern Dunes golf course.The deals this time of year are unbelievable!!The pool was a welcome sight after golf.

Can't say enough nice things about this listing! Pictures are very accurate but lovely neighborhood, great walking areas, sidewalks everywhere, playgrounds and of course , lots of golfing. The pool and putting green was so much fun for my family! Kitchen very well stocked, had no issues at all, owner worked with us and very quick on replying. highly recommend if you are going to Maricopa!

So peaceful and relaxing

The house was beautiful and my family all said that it felt like home. The backyard was just beautiful with the pool and we really enjoyed playing golf. It was very peaceful to watch the birds in the morning especially the cactus wren! It was stocked with all of the necessities. Every time I looked for something I needed, I was able to find it! Communication was excellent. Such an enjoyable stay, will definitely be back again!

Winter in Maricopa

To begin this reference: we will “DEFINITELY” stay here again if available. Everything was as promised. The home is lovely and everything was clean and ready for us to check in. The back yard was fun with the putting and chipping mat. It is 5 minutes from the Duke golf course of which I either played or made use of their driving range on a daily basis. Do not hesitate to consider this rental property.

Beautiful home

Very nice home. Clean. Even though we didn't cook during our short stay there, everything needed was in the kitchen. The weather just got nice enough on our last day there to enjoy the beautiful back yard. Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. Only drawback we had was not having a remote for the garage or knowing the code to open from outside. But we just went into the house and opened it from inside. Would request this home again if ever in the area.

We used to have a remote but a guest inadvertently forgot to take it out of their car and "poof" - we no longer had a remote; and we also had confusion with the keypad being re-programmed when being used.

Great Stay!

Our family stayed a week and we used it as a hub to venture out to various parks and monuments (Saguaro, Echo Trail Canyon, Chiricahua, Wave Cave, Casa Grande). The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed in accommodations for the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. In addition, the yard brought a lot of fun with the great pool and the fun chipping/putting green. When we weren't out and about, my wife and I soaked up the sun while the kids (ages 13, 12, 11, and 11) splashed and putted. We had great weather while we were there, and the home allowed us to take full advantage. Lastly, Maricopa had everything we needed in close proximity in terms of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, and restaurants for a quick bite (though we did most of our cooking and eating at home). It was a great place to unwind and enjoy our family time together!

A Great Place to Stay ... Owners Went Over and Above

This house was well appointed and had everything we needed for our 2-week stay. Grocery stores, restaurants and your run of the mill golf courses were close by. The owners went over and above and made arrangements for channels to be available so my husband could access sports channels. We didn't even need to ask. He found out from the pool guy who was very friendly and struck up friendly conversations with my husband. They had a laptop and printer for our use which was a huge bonus. The only slight negative was that most of the courses my husband wanted to golf were in Scottsdale and it was about an hour away. I want to thank Dana for allowing us to have access to his beautiful home. It was a fabulous place to rest our weary heads at the end of a busy day of sun and golf.

Great vacation house

Such a great house! We spent the month of October here. Our goal was to spend time as a family at the house, so it was wonderful to have the pool and chipping green. Great neighborhood for walks/runs. The house had everything that we needed. Plus a bonus was that there were a couple of sets of golf clubs to use.

Relaxing pool vacation

We stayed in this rental for just over a week. This was our "no plans" relax by the pool vacation. The backyard and pool were perfect. The house was very clean. Very comfortable beds and the owners were easy to contact and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

A beauty in the desert!

If you are looking for the comforts of home while away, this is your place. The house is beautifully furnished and has a lovely backyard with a great pool and putting green. The beds were very comfortable too!. It was convenient for shopping, with golf and casino nearby. I would highly recommend this property. Beautiful oasis in the desert

Can't say enough good things about our stay in this beautiful home. From helpful info before our arrival till our departure Dana was great communicating and responding to my questions. The home was immaculate. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the backyard with a pool and putting green was vacation ready. I was pleased to find plenty of paper towels,, toilet tissue and other disposables. I especially enjoyed picking fresh grapefruit each morning from.the tree in the backyard. What a treat. There were only 2 of us and our friends visiting for a couple of days, but the house could easily accommodate a family. The neighborhood is very nice. They just put up Christmas lights at the entrance to the subdivion...beautiful display.. Maricopa is away from.all of the busyness, but close to restaurants and shopping in Chandler and other Phoenix suburbs. Thank you to our hosts for all of your care and attention in providing such a beautiful home away from home for us.

We are Owners and Operators of a couple of businesses in Northern British Columbia. We have 4 children (3 boys and a girl). We are looking forward to the day that we will stay in Maricopa all the time.

We absolutely love Arizona! It's the weather and the wonderful people! We always look forward to our own vacation time down there to get away from the Northern BC winters and for the boys in the family to play at some great golf courses! The girls love to just relax around the pool and shop. Maricopa is a perfect size community where you don't feel that you are jammed up in a sprawling metropolis. We love it there and look forward to retirement!
