Enjoy your stay at The Dolphin Bungalow - our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the heart of sunny Sebastian, Florida on the state's bountiful Treasure Coast!

This is our second home and we have gone out of our way to make it feel cozy, comfortable, and somewhere we are so happy to call our “home-away-from-home”. We take pride in all the furnishings, the household amenities, and the overall condition of the property.

The home is centrally located, just 3 minutes to the Sebastian airport for pilots & skydivers (and those visiting Sebastian with an adventurous spirit). It’s minutes away from local beaches, the municipal boat ramp, parks, tennis courts, golfing, spas, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Trail/hiking access to the St. Sebastian River as well as a public playground and pond are also within walking distance of the home.

The entire home is bright and airy, tastefully decorated in a fun beach motif, and is furnished with all the amenities of home. With over 1700 square feet, there is plenty of space for family and friends.

The main living room is a comfortable gathering place with two leather reclining sofas to help you relax after a long day. It’s the perfect spot for family movie nights! Roku TV is included and you are welcome to log into your own streaming services. Please remember to log out before you leave!

The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen overlooks the screened in Florida room and is open to the family room and bonus living room and home office . The dining table seats 4, though there is an additional folding table and chairs located in the home if you plan to accommodate additional guests or want additional space for game night or to work on a puzzle!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, smart TV and has its own, dedicated adjoining bathroom.

The second guest bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and is elegantly decorated in a coastal "Key West" style.

The third bedroom is warmly decorated and furnished with two twin beds and a desk/workspace.

The additional 3/4 bath is directly adjacent to the two spare bedrooms and includes a bath/shower combo.

Bonus Room/Office: The large bonus room in the rear of the the house is furnished with a pull-out sofa, electric recliner and a large corner-desk with ergonomic office chair for those who (much like us) might need/want to do a bit of work remotely. High speed internet is included. This room is the perfect addition for families traveling with children or for larger parties.

Enjoy the fenced in yard with the kids or fur-family and sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails in the fully screened-in Florida room. Included in the Florida room is also a dining table and chairs for 6.
