The little beach house is a bright and airy home, just 1.5 blocks from the beach, walking distance to the pier and a short drive to the port! Nestled in a quiet beachside neighborhood with many restaurants, activities and shopping nearby. Our home is ideal for couples and families. We have thoughtfully equipped our home so you’ll find you have everything you need during your stay. Just bring your suit! We look forward to hosting your next stay on the space coast! Our bright and airy duplex gives you the privacy you need with the convenience you’ll appreciate for multiple families or larger groups. Each home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, private fenced in and adjoining backyard, private concrete driveway leading up to the garage and paver walkup. The primary bedrooms include one king bed and the secondary rooms each have a queen and a twin bed plus a designated workspace. This home is a duplex. The entire home will be yours for the duration of your stay. There is a large concrete driveway leading up to the garage with parking for 4 vehicles or an RV ***Important Note: We keep the thermostat locked at 74 degrees. This is to prevent the AC units from freezing over and causing a disruption in your trip. These are each 800sq ft homes with ceiling fans in each room. 74 degrees is a nice cool and comfortable setting for this home but if you prefer staying in a home at a much lower temperature this may not be the best fit for you. Cocoa Beach Surf Company (next to Ron Jon’s The Port: enjoy lunch at the second largest cruise port in the world while watching the enormous ships pass by. Kennedy Space Center: Just a 40 minute drive from Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center gives you a peek back at the space race that took the United States to the moon, with an incredible opportunity to see the Atlantis space shuttle up close and personal. The Dinosaur Store and Museum: For the dinosaur fans in the family, take them to The Dinosaur Store and Museum (a combination of museum and store that’s fun and includes an arcade, history, and science facts. Parks: Parks in the area include Jetty Park Pier, where you can watch the cruise ships leave and arrive in port, Manatee Park, Banana River Park, Center Street Park, and Lori Wilson Park is right on the beach. Multiple Fishing Charters at the Port Fun Time Boats: Kiwanis Park: bioluminescense (season permitting) Many activities and restaurants are within walking distance, a quick bike ride or short uber away Located conveniently between Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, our home is well designed and makes efficient use of space. It includes new mattresses, linens, and more! The kitchens are well stocked with a drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, utensils, magic bullet and 6 qt crock pot. The washer and dryer is located in the garage. We provide ground coffee, tea, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, spice rack, olive oil, salt and pepper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap, jcleaning supplies, beach wagon, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and beach cruisers. There is a borrow basket in the kitchen cabinet full of miscellaneous items you may need during your stay, feel free to leave anything in the basket for new guests! We provide child protectors on all of the electrical outlets, black out curtains and plastic plates and cups for kids. There are 2 gas grills on site (Propane included) and pack and play and high chair are available upon request. There is a 10 ft gate in the backyard that joins both back yard spaces together. Other things to note: Maximum 8 adults per booking. Or 4 adults, 8 small kids in total. Due to occupancy limits, ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted. Extended Stay guests: Guests staying longer than 7+ days will be required to pay a deep clean fee in addition to the standard cleaning fee. Must be 24+ yrs to book No parties or events. No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping on premise STRICTLY ENFORCED Violations are subject to fines, cancellation and evictions without a refund.
