This studio is centrally located in one of Cheyenne's most desirable park like neighborhoods. Only a few minutes from Cheyenne Regional Airport, Cheyenne Frontier Park (Where Frontier Days is held), as well as downtown. Easy access to I-80 and I-25 both. Wal-Mart and Frontier Mall are both only a few minutes away along with many options for food.
The space
The property is a detached studio apartment. There is also another main residence on the lot which the owner lives in year round. The two spaces are completely separate with exception to the park like backyard. The studio apartment shares a wall with a 2 car garage which is used as storage by the owner. The studio is completely secure, secluded, and separated. There is an entirely fenced yard for any pets.
Guest access
The studio has it's own entrance and separate parking space which can be accessed through the alley via Newton Dr. (Between 1900 and 1912 Newton Dr.) or Essex Rd. (Across the street from 3403 and right before 3420 Essex Rd.)
Other things to note
