The Space:
Our building was built at the turn of the 20th century. The 2nd floor walk-up apartment features a full renovation in 2022/2023. We removed the 120-year plaster cast to expose the original brick walls giving the space a NY loft feel with the brick representing the history of a time gone by. The apt. boasts 12' walls and 7.5' windows. You'll have a great view of the downtown center of Millersburg. Additionally, you’ll find upward of 50 modern amenities including a full kitchen, large shower, soaking tub, 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, and a large living space that includes a 65” television, electric fireplace, beautiful drapery and comfortable seating for lounging. I’ve added my own special touches through art, décor and seasonal décor setting us apart. One feature guests love is our Greenery wall located just inside the back door. It’s a great place to take pictures, and capture memories. Outside, you’ll find a FREE parking spot for 1 car and a covered deck to relax when weather permits.

The decor was gorgeous, the space was very clean! The bed was comfy! We were warmed about the water needing time to warm up which is understandable as it is an older building. We recently stayed at this apartment in the heart of millersburg with a few friends, and it was an incredible stay from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the modern touches that made our stay both comfortable and memorable. The layout was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves, while the furnishings and design gave the space a luxurious feel.The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds, comfy sofas and high-end finishes throughout. The location was also perfect—close enough to restaurants, shops, and a short drive to Berlin and other neighboring communities, yet quiet and private when we wanted to unwind.Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had. It was excellent and clean!

Loved the location and the whole vibe. Would stay there again! Perfect for a girls weekend. Only complaint was there were only 2 paper towels and no replacement roll left for us and one roll of toilet paper. But other than that it was perfect!

About US: Founded in 2022 and based in Ohio, Cross-Key Vacation Rentals is owned and operated by Kelly and Chad Croskey. Because we self-manage the properties, this means you have direct communication with us, the owners. It also means, we keep a close eye on the property to insure it is in good working order and ready for you to enjoy. We will be adding more properties in hopes of connecting more travelers to new cities and small towns.

Our story: Meet Kelly and Chad Croskey.
Kelly is originally from NE OH and has been a 25- year resident of Columbus, OH.
Chad is from Holmes County, Ohio born and raised.
Married for 8 years; we originally met in High School, circa 1990 (when hair was big and Guess® jeans were in!) We were friends and can confidently say we had a “crush” on each other. Unfortunately, time flies and before you know it, High School was over.
Move ahead 23 years and our friendship was rekindled. We dated for 6 months and knew we were the perfect match. Less than one year after rekindling our friendship, we became best friends forever and were married on June 4, 2016. Luckily, we are both ambitious people that enjoy hard work. This has led us to our current passion- Real Estate.
In 2023, we opened our first vacation rental, Suite on Jackson in Millersburg, OH. Now, in 2024, we are adding my home in Columbus, OH as a mid-term rental. We hope you'll join us in one of our properties. We look forward to hosting you.
