The Space:

Sunlight filters through soft coastal light as you step onto the screened‑in tiki patio, where the warm breeze carries the rhythm of a laid‑back Florida day. The pool glistens invitingly, and the scent of nearby pine trees mingles with the faint salty tang of the ocean, setting a relaxed tone for your stay. Evenings unfold gently around the fire pit in the fully fenced backyard, perfect for quiet conversation or stargazing after a day of beach exploration.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably host up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. A queen bed rests in the second bedroom, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. A twin air mattress provides an extra sleeping option when needed. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway for convenient access.



Living areas

The open living room showcases comfy seating and tropical ocean‑inspired décor, creating a welcoming space to unwind. Natural flow leads to an open‑concept dining area, ideal for sharing meals or planning the day ahead. A Smart TV and high‑speed Wi‑Fi keep you connected and entertained whenever you choose to relax indoors.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and kitchen essentials invites you to prepare meals at your own pace. The layout keeps everything within reach, whether you’re cooking a simple breakfast or bringing home local favorites to enjoy inside or on the patio.



Outdoor living

Step outside to the pool and screened‑in tiki patio, designed for relaxed outdoor dining throughout Florida’s warm, season‑neutral climate. Beyond the patio, the fully fenced backyard offers ample lounge seating and a fire pit, extending your evenings into unhurried comfort. Beach essentials are provided, making it easy to head toward the shoreline whenever the mood strikes.



Amenities

Washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room‑darkening shades ensure a comfortable longer stay. Air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials are all included. Guests enjoy a private entrance, free parking for up to 4 vehicles plus additional street parking, and self‑check‑in with a smart lock for flexible arrivals. The home is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.



Neighborhood

Set in a quiet residential area, the home offers easy access to shopping and restaurants. Downtown Largo, the beaches of Clearwater and Sand Key, and nearby attractions are just a short drive away, allowing you to balance peaceful downtime with local exploration.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
