The Space:
This condo is 1 of two 2 above a co-working office space. The condo is newly furniture, has a modern design and hardwood flooring throughout. You'll find everything you need to cook a meal in the comfort of your own home in the kitchen, lots of storage for your belongings and a washer and dryer. We also provide hangers, all linens/towels, soap, conditioner and body wash to make your trip as convenient as possible!
Spacious room, hardwood flooring through-out - no carpet, modern style, newly built!
Guest Access:
Along with the beautiful new unit our guests have access to a shared outdoor courtyard area with an iron security gate for your privacy. There is a reserved parking spot near the entrance along with additional free parking along the street. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.
The Neighborhood:
Excellent area!! 3 Blocks from the river to enjoy Kayaking, Rainey ST, 6th ST, & much more! Wholefoods, tons of the best Austin restaurants close by!

We’re located just east of downtown, putting you close to all the ATX hot spots!

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and staying compliant with short-term rental regulations. As part of our protection plan, included in your booking price, you will be required to complete an independent third-party verification through Truvi. Before your booking begins, you will be contacted via email and/or text to confirm your details and complete the verification process.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the house rules and FCM Homes terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you!

- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
-Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.
- You may park in 1 of the gravel spaces near the entry gate.
- Please do not attempt to go out on roof top out of window.
- Please ensure you keep noise minimal as there is a workspace below and another unit to the side.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- There are security cameras on the exterior of the property. Please do not tamper with them.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
