This platinum-rated condo plus loft boasts amazing views over the town across to Mt. Baldy from the bedrooms and rear deck. The view from the living room and front deck is up the 4 O'Clock Ski Run with mountains in the backdrop. This fantastic ski-in/out retreat has been remodeled, with new cabinetry and countertops in the kitchen and baths along with all new appliances. New solid pine doors and trim throughout add to the mountain ambiance. Warmly decorated with extra throw rugs and mountain comfort accessories, it includes a gas fireplace on a timer that is instant on and off. Thermally insulated/light-blocking draperies enhance comfort in the living room and bedrooms. When it comes to entertainment, there is a TV with a DVD player in the living room and TVs in the main suite and loft as well. Other amenities include a stereo with an iPod dock and a combination safe-sized to secure laptop computers.
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!
