Spacious doesn't begin to describe this 4 bedroom, 3 bath canal home in Jamaica Beach. The kitchen is AMAZING and awaits your group's home chef. The spacious living room gives you room for everyone to hang out together, there is a smaller living area beyond the kitchen as well for more intimate chats. Bring your own boat as there is a slip available for guest use. Fishing off the lower deck - fish cleaning sink right there. Paddleboard, kayak along the canals of Jamaica Beach
Please note that you do have to go "through" bedrooms to get to other bedrooms. To get to the master bedroom you go through the room with bunk beds. To get to the bedroom with pyramid bunk bed (twin over double) you need to go through the room with the queen bed.
There are closets in the home that are locked and contain the owners' personal belongings. Other than that - the home is yours to enjoy during your stay.
We provide self-check-in procedures and invite our guests to enjoy their stay uinterrupted. However - we are available to our guests by phone, text and through AirBnB messaging should you need to reach us in the event of an emergency.

House Manual
We will email your confirmation to you once all of the required taxes and fees have been paid - and usually it goes out 48-72 hours prior to arrival. Because we use a coded entry - we want to be sure that you get the correct code!
You will find our "house manual" inside of the property once you have arrived.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The complex charges $25 per stay for parking/resort/amenity charges - not us - this is paid upon your arrival to the complex directly to the Victorian. We are also required to collect, report and pay 9% City of Galveston Hotel Occupancy Taxes. AirBnB takes care of the state taxes directly with you.

By booking you are agreeing to those rules - and these explain the additional taxes and fees that we are required to notify you about, as well as to collect, report and pay. We don't like it either - but we do very much value our guests.
