Super Ferienhaus in prima Lage

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für 11 Tage gemietet und waren 6 Personen. Die Bilder auf dieser Seite stimmen mit dem tatsächlichen Zustand überein. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Es war suber und ordentlich. Der Pool war immer sauber und gepflegt. Zum Strand waren es 2-3 Gehminuten. Den Supermarkt (Publix) erreicht man in 8-10 min bequem mit dem Auto. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great location, close to great beaches. House also great with everything you need for a Florida get away!I would highly recommend this home for families. It is difficult for adults to get up the spiral staircase to the upstairs loft area with 3 queen beds. Worked out perfectly for our family.

We had a great stay! The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and the house was wonderful. The pool seemed to be a little chilly so we called and they had maintenance there right away to check the temperature and they turned it up without hesitation. The beach was a short walk anround the corner with the most beautiful sunsets. Overall would definitely recommend!

We do not recommend this place for a couple of months until the construction next door is finished. It was very noisy and very inconvenient. We should have been notified of this beforehand. On the second day of our stay the lawn mowing people came and started working in the backyard since the morning, which also disrupted our stay. It was very obvious by the bugs in the trash can that the trash has not been taken out in a while. It did not live up to the description. We called several times about the pool remote control and they were not very cooperative. The pool was also dirty.

I am extremely pleased with the accommodations, the place was perfectly suited for privacy, beach access and overall comfort. The staff went over and above to help us with access due to our less than competent internet skills. The staff handle things cheerfully and professionally. Will definitely visit again. I highly recommend this group.

Please keep in mind while they supply a small supply of dish soap, body wash, trash bags, there are no spices, no real containers to store anything in. It makes it hard to cook at the house when you have to buy all of the spices, containers to put things in etc. There was also a large boat parked under the carport, so if we would’ve had more than one car, there would’ve been no way to park it in the driveway . However, they do have a great supply of items to take to the beach. Was this our favorite short term? No, we say that because we are owners of a short term and maybe we’re just used to providing a lot more basic supplies. However, it is a short walk from the beach.

Superb property. Superb location. Floors were generally a bit sandy - which is to be expected, given the proximity to the beach. We weren't happy with the state the previous tenant had left the pool in, but it was quickly actioned by the hosts. All in all, a cracking option within a stone's throw of one of the world's finest beaches.

Spring Break

Loved the house and the heated pool. Short walk to the beach was perfect. Wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. We loved the use of the beach chairs and starter kit of supplies since we flew in from out of state and couldn’t bring all of things with us. Beautiful place and we will definitely be back again.

Excellent Location - Home Needs Updating

GOOD - Location was Excellent; Home had a large open area, a lot of space; Porch was also large with a lot of space and breezy; Pool was warm and nice. NOT SO GOOD - Home was not floor swept at all, floor was very dirty and two pieces of glass was found in different parts of the interior floor; Master bedroom bed was more like a futon and extremely uncomfortable; Indoor and outdoor couches had nasty stains on them and was very dirty; Kitchen was fully stocked, yet only one wine glass; For stays of a week or so at this price point, it really should come with a few more dishwasher tabs and at least a few coffee filters!; All in all, the property is very nice, but in urgent need of couch/sectional replacements, same for the master bed and the flimsy door to the master bedroom which doesn't actually close. I believe it was a prior comment that noted use of bikes, but the bikes onsite are not really usable at all, we rented bikes for our stay.

Property is good but location can’t be beat

Location can't be beat, beach is just at the end of the street, and so easy to get to the sunset every night. 20-minute walk to Pine Ave for restaurants/coffee/shops, which we didn't mind doing, but might be just a little too far to be convenient for others. Huge screened in porch was perfect for eating dinner and letting the small kids run around. We all loved having the heated pool as well. We cooked nearly every night and had all we needed for that in the kitchen. The house itself was ok - it was neat and clean enough, but really could use some updating, wasn’t too impressed with the furnishings and overall home quality. That spiral staircase was a bit of a hazard right in the middle of the room, it looks cool but so easy to knock your head on if not careful! Rental managers were responsive and available throughout the stay.

Tree top bungalow

We had a very pleasant stay. The house sits on top of pillars. The pool is underneath. It is small but clean and neat. The parking space is somewhat messy, which does not give a good first impression. When you climb the stairs, you find that the house is beautiful and comfortable. It has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were a party of five and had more than enough room. We arrived on a Tuesday. On arriving, we found that the microwave was not working. We called the management, they said they would replace it the following morning. The microwave did not arrive in the morning. We called the management back a couple of times, and finally received the microwave at around 3:00 pm. That was the only incident we had. Overall, our experience was very good.

Perfect location for a short walk to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Absolutley beautiful beach. House provided a small wagon which was great for hauling beach gear. Only needed a v type filter for coffeemaker.
