Less than 5 min to Jordan Creek town center- the largest shopping complex in the state of Iowa.
This is a very safe and higher income area of town.

Less than 5 minutes to Jordan Creek town center with anything you could need in terms of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Walmart, Costco etc are all there.

This apartment is upstairs and you will need to do stairs to access it. The apartment is on the top floor, so there is no noise from above.

We require a security deposit of $500 to be held on your credit card. This deposit is used to cover any potential damages or incidental charges during your stay. It will be authorized but not charged unless necessary. The authorization will be released after your departure, pending an inspection of the property.

Late check out fee: Check out is at 11am unless otherwise arranged with the host prior to check out. Late check out charge is $100 per hour after 11 a.m. (This is not pro rated and starts at exactly 11 a.m.) This is because our cleaners have a schedule they need to adhere to and will charge us if they have to wait to start cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
