Set along side beautiful Craig Bay, our thirteen-acre property included gardens, trails, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, barbeques, a selection of seasonal lawn games as well as a 10 court Pickle Ball facility. The resort is a perfect destination for relaxation and fun.
Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas.
There is a large covered parkade next to the building for parking.
The suite has it's own private entrance and is equipped with a keypad for self-check-in & check-out
Guests can use the stairs or the elevator located in the lobby to access the suite

- Please do not wear your shoes inside the suite.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 11pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don't leave their waste in the yards. Pets must be on leash outdoors.

Resort guests, and visitors must not smoke or vape on strata property. All forms of smoking and vaping are prohibited as follows:
-within strata lots,
-common property and limited common property, including but not limited to hallways, elevators, parking garages, stairs, patios and balconies, and
-on any land that is common property or a common asset, except in marked outdoor smoking areas designated by strata council.
When checking-out, please remember to,
- Please return the amenities key is returned to the hook by the >>>>>
- If you used the pull-out couch, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and re-assemble couch.
- Please put used towels in the bathtub.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Netflix or streaming accounts.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.
