Experience the ultimate vacation getaway at this breathtaking riverfront home! Indulge in the serenity of a 180-degree view overlooking the Neuse River, treating yourself to priceless sunrises every morning. Unwind in the privacy of your own backyard oasis, complete with a refreshing pool that invites you to bask in the beauty of the outdoors.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a retractable twin mattress underneath, along with a closet.
In the third bedroom, you'll find a queen bed and a closet.
The bonus/office room includes a twin bed.

The property is equipped with new appliances, including a fridge, gas cooktop, washer, and dryer.
Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with an ice cream maker, coffee maker, waffle maker, sandwich maker, and blender.
You'll also find other electronics such as a charging station and a printer.

Please be aware that this house does not feature recent renovations. As a result, you may come across minor scratches and stains on the walls in a few areas. The third bedroom exhibits scratches on the floor, while the carpet in the bonus room may have some wrinkles and stains.
New HVAC system installed for the whole house, except small over garage bonus room .Outdoors, you can enjoy a private pool, gas grill, fire pit, patio chairs, and a table.
For your convenience and entertainment, we provide bicycles, soccer goals, binoculars for observing marine life, two paddle boards, four kayaks, several pool noodles, and inflatable floats.

There are also plenty of card and table games available, including poker chips, magnetic darts, and padded sparring foam swords.
Don't miss out on trying "Cascadia," the highly acclaimed game of 2022.
Kids will have a blast with the instruments available for them to play, including a keyboard and drums.
We also have an Xbox with Kinect and their favorite game, Just Dance.

Lastly, don't forget to take a free ferry ride in the evening to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.

Great stay!

The home is spacious in a great neighborhood with fantastic views. We were fortunate enough to see Dolphins from the big living room windows! You do have to watch for Jellyfish on the beach. Outdoor pool was clean and well kept. Dishwasher didnt seem to work the best so I washed most dishes by hand. I also couldnt find a broom and dustpan to keep up with keeping the sand out of the house and off the porch but there was a vacuum to utilize. Bedrooms were large and master bathroom is large. Neighbors were very friendly and quiet. The landlord returned all my messages timely and communicated everything effeciently. This is a great place to stay with children or without!

issues with rental

First I will say the house and location were nice. Three big issues that make us unwilling to return. 1. Air Conditioner not working right. House could not get below 76 degrees even when 74 outside. Usually above 79. Was told the last day to receive even the 50% refund and one week to find another location so we kept the rental. 2. $30 charge for saying we left grill and stove top dirty. I personally cleaned them and worked for over 40 years in restaurants. I know they were clean. 3. they turned in an insurance claim for $150 for broken bed frame which we did not do and have no knowledge of. These three items make me not trust this owner. It is a shame because if AC were corrected we would have been willing to return and likely to have tried to rent again.

Beautiful Property

Overall, we enjoyed this property despite a few minor disappointments. It is beautiful, spacious, easy to find and close to many must-see attractions. We also enjoyed the extras that were included with this rental, especially the kayaks! The “minor disappointments” are no reason to not book this property, but worth noting as a heads up in hopes that others can be a bit more prepared than we were. 1. There is not an over abundance of kitchen items (plates, utensils, etc). If you don’t plan on preparing/eating most meals here, this is a non-issue. Also, we were never able to locate the pot for the coffee maker and had to resort to Dunkin’ for our caffeine fix. 2. Not being familiar with the area, we assumed that the kids could swim at the beach as long as they were on the lookout for jellyfish. Once there, we noticed a massive amount of dead jellyfish along the shore and local friends advised against swimming there. The kids swam in the pool instead, so again, not a huge issue, just not what we anticipated. 3. Shampoo/conditioner was not provided as we were told, but we brought our own so this wasn’t a concern for us, but could be for those who anticipate it being provided based in pre-stay communications. 4. Those who prefer a firm pillow should bring their own. I was able to make do by putting a quilt under mine to prop it up a bit. With those items in mind while preparing for a stay, I would recommend this property.
