You’ve asked, so we’ve responded: a BIGGER Playce Collective property perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, or larger families.

Located 3 houses from the water and boardwalk, you won’t want to miss this gorgeous home!

This uniquely designed home is an amazing place to take memorable photos with your friends. The home features several murals and works of art by local and international artists. This home is professionally designed and one of the most unique in all of Atlantic City and we would love to host your group.

Spacious, detached single family home in the beautiful inlet neighborhood, close to Gardners basin. Along with a party room garage to provide double the fun at this one!

FIRST FLOOR: The open concept on the first floor is amazing for hosting or all gaming together. When entering from the front porch, the living room offers a smart tv (There is no cable for the TV, just streaming apps), comfortable seating and opens to a dining area with a pool table. There’s also a large kitchen and full bathroom on the first floor. The backyard is a nice patio space to BBQ (we have a small grill for guests to use- must provide your own propane) and continues to the party room/garage- great for more photos or a separate area to hang out.

SECOND FLOOR: The 2nd floor has 3 nice size rooms and 2 full bathrooms - both with tub/ showers - plenty of room to get ready before heading out for the night. All bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses. The balcony on the master bedroom has views of the water at the inlet.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The house sleeps 11 guests. Please review bedding layouts when considering space and comfort.

-MASTER BEDROOM: 1 Queen Bed & 2 Rollaway Twin Beds (memory foam - stored in the closet)
-BACK BEDROOM: 2 Twin sets of Bunk Beds (4 Single Twins)
-MIDDLE BEDROOM: 1 Queen Sized Bed
-LOFT: Double Sized Bed
-LIVING ROOM: Queen Sleeper Sofa and 1 Rollaway Twin Bed (memory foam)

PETS:
We will consider pets, but they must be pre-approved, meet our insurance guidelines, and there is a $40/night fee. You are fully responsible for damages, stains, and abiding by our pet rules. Not all breeds are allowed. Failure to follow rules can result in a $500 fee and/or immediate eviction.

LARGER GROUPS:
If you have groups larger than 11 people, please consider renting 2+ houses. Rockwell, Boho, Casa Verde, and Paloma are all within a few steps of each other on the same street.

All guests MUST be over 21 and registered prior to your stay, and max guests allowed is 11. Groups with more than 11 will have to rent an additional or larger house. We reserve the right to cancel your stay at any time if rules are not followed.

LOCATION:
Please keep in mind this is a city so there is potential for noise and other similar issues. Be aware of your surroundings. This house is 1/2 block from the boardwalk & approximately 3.5 blocks to the inlet and ocean beach entrances.

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
You can park directly in front of the house or behind the garage door - no parking in the garage. Please don’t park in front of the neighbors house to the right or garage though. Parking on Maine Ave (along the water) is metered!

MAIL:
-Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.

SECURITY:
-The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Bad & Beachy Playce", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety.
-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
-Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.
