We provide more than just beds and a place to sleep, we strive to make your stay unique and extremely comfortable!

Our rental is equipped with a foosball table, 4 Tvs, board games, a spacious private backyard with firepit, grill, outdoor dining, and much more!

Lower Level (Basement) -
🛏4th Bedroom, 1 Queen Bed
🚿 Full bathroom located to the right when reaching the bottom of the stairs

🛏 2 additional Queen tri fold floor beds that can be placed in either the main or lower living room

** Please note there are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the main level, if someone has difficulties going up and down stairs our rental is not ideal.

📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood. Our cameras are active 24/7, if tampered with we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund

🌷🌸 We have air fresheners on every level of home. Guests are welcome to unplug them

House Rules:

📩 ID matching person booking will need to be provided within 48 hours of confirmed reservation, along with a short rental contract. Please note, must be over 25 to book

🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up

🏡 Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM

🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.


🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required
