One bedroom walk down with private entrance ,ten minutes from JFK Airport.

Elizabeth was the most difficult guest, first aid all she lies a lot... She rent a one bedrooman and expect a tow bedroom. She massage me prior to her arrival and ask if the unit is a two bedroom , i told her no. Then she asks me about utensil.. I told her everything is is posted there. She continued to ask questions about things that are posted.. I directed to read the profile it's all there. Upon arrival she ask about parking, i told her the parking permit is there an she should use it to park on the street as per the instructions there. Then she requested extra blanket.. I told her there is no more extra blanklet others than the the two that are there now. Then a few days later she contact Vrbo that when she arrived the door was broken and an she found it open. Vrbo contacted me that she is trying to reach me, an if it's ok to give her my number, i advised Vrbo that my phone number is available on the my profile she just don’t understand how use the site, and yes please give it to her, and Vrbo advised me that she complain that they the door was broken and it was open when she arrived, i advised Vrbo that was not true, the only thing the screen was missing from the storm door, and we had just taking it prior to arrivel... the they were no open door. I was there when my crew were removing the screen and the snow from the entrance.Then a few more days some one contact me and identify himself has her brother in law and request refund because she is at is home, i advised the person he has no business with me , so he should have her contact me or Vrbo. I then contact Vrbo again to advise them to this night mere guest spreading lies.. All this time i was trying to reach out to her over the phone, i leave message and no reply. The Vrbo person advised me he is going to call an we do a threeway Conference call.. he tried to call but no answer. She contact me two days before her stay expired.… she complain that she wanted a two bedroom for she on her husband and its a one bedroom, and she is at her brother in law house, and the door was open..and it was damaged.. and she should get a refund or part of her money back. I explained to her that if she had a problem she must informed immediately as per our agreement , second there was wrong, the door only thing we remove is the screen door panel prior your arriving…an the main door was not open. And nothing was broken.. Anyway I'm upgraded you to a two bedroom now, has a courtesy, she refused it.
