Perfect place for our visit

The location on the canal was great and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, including downtown and the campus. The unit was comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Great experience from the time of our booking to our check out. Host was friendly, responsive and informative. No surprises. Great views of canal and city to enjoy, especially at night. Cozy, clean and well maintained unit with everything to make your stay comfortable. Minutes away by car to both Indiana University and downtown Indy which was perfect for our visit. I would highly recommend.

Great for a couple

This property was perfect for our stay. It was convenient to our conference downtown, and just a quick Uber ride to the convention center. Everything was as advertised and communication with the host was great. This was our first VRBO experience and I was impressed with the ease of staying here.

Good Value on the Canal Walk

This was a cute and clean place in a larger budget friendly complex with direct access to the Canal Walk. We enjoyed walking around the canal loop every morning & evening- super convenient! The in-unit washer/dryer was greatly appreciated during the hot weekend after daily hikes on the nearby White River Trail. We were pleased to see the amazing downtown fireworks from the balcony on the 4th of July. The free covered parking garage was a huge perk. Wished the pool was opened during this crazy heat wave. Check-in/out was super easy. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful. The apartment was nice. The surrounding area isnt the greatest.

Only issue we had was the directions to find the lock box sucked. They also waited untill the last day at 9:45 to let us know the checkout procedure for the key. Other than that the stay was great.
