BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN VIEWS!!! Your family will be close to everything the front range of Colorado has to offer when you stay at this Monument cottage. Brand new construction! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks and playgrounds, lake, trails, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and more! Monument Lake and Palmer Lake are close for all your water sports and activities. Fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking! Make this comfy cottage your base camp as you explore all that Colorado has to offer!

Owner is close by for any needs during your stay. We can help provide recommendations for local restaurants or attractions.


House rules:
No smoking or vaping of any substance(s) allowed on the property, this includes marijuana.

No parties or large gatherings allowed on the property.

No drug use or drug activity allowed on the property.

No uninvited guests are allowed to the property without owner approval.

No candles, incense, or open flames allowed.

Any additional guests over 4 total requires prior approval by owner. Additional cost per person will be charged.

Check out is at 10 am. Late check out may be subject to additional charges if not given prior approval.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain Oasis Cottage. The location is great and the cottage is very clean and comfortable. It also offers great views! The hosts were very helpful and responsive to questions. I would definitely stay there again and hopefully we can visit again soon.

Quaint Cottage Getaway

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay and found the location ideal for taking in all the area has to offer. The kids had a wonderful time at the park across the street too, and a hike up Mt Hermon (just minutes up the road) was a trip highlight for the whole family. The property is clean and tidy, and we'll look to stay again next time we're back in the area!

Amazing!

Fantastic Cottage & Host

What a great place to stay! This little cottage was everything and more! We had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home along with a park across the street for the little ones to play. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It was the little things that made the difference between a good stay and a great stay. Will come back in the future!

Magical visit to hometown

We had a lovely time at this property! It was immaculately clean and had every ammentiy we needed. I stayed with my husband and nine month old, and it was the perfect size. We walked across the street to the park often, as well as to several local restaurants. Hosts were super kind and responsive. We will definitely be back!

It's all in the details

The design and execution that went into planning this VRBO is immediately evident. It is clean, uncluttered, and filled with new appliances, furniture and furnishings many rentals never thinks to include.

Most wonderful! Best one we have ever stayed at. Host were the best, they left us gift certificate for coffee & ice cream. They check on us to see if we needed anything. They stocked misc item in the kitchen like coffee & filters, olive oil, foil, salt & pepper etc. it is a new home perfect, great location in a cute little town. We will be bk😁

Monument Gem

My wife and I traveled to Colorado for a wedding. We stayed in a beautiful, brand new construction with plenty of amenities. On arrival e were greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable owners who live next door. Very convenient walk to some local restaurants. There’s a busy train track across from the park which did not bother us in the least.

Perfection in Monument CO

Absolutely lovely little house. The bright exterior welcomes you indoors. The interior is full of light and has everything you need. Annie and Scott were fabulous hosts. We arrived in a blizzard. They keep the snow at bay and even cleaned off my car in the morning. Also, a nice card from our hosts and a few gift cards to use in the area. What a nice touch. Hope I have the opportunity to stay here again! Debbie

A “Monumental” Stay in Monument!

What an incredible gem this is. The house is cozy and was the perfect size for our needs. It is beautifully decorated and appointed…and smelled fresh! I was especially impressed with the comfort of the beds, which, I can attest, can turn a stay sour quickly! Our hosts came by to welcome us within an hour of our arrival and were incredibly gracious during the entirety of our stay. The town of Monument is charming and had many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The park across the street was an added plus when we needed some spreading out space and we enjoyed the Mountain View. The proximity to the train tracks got mixed reviews. Since they went slowly, it didn’t cause too much disturbance. I actually found it soothing. My kids appreciated the noise machine in their room since it faced the front. The quick access to the highway made our day trips - including the Renn Fest and Garden of the Gods- a breeze! And the 15 minute walk (or 4 minute drive) down to Monument Lake should not be missed! Thank you Anne & Scott for making this Florida “flatlander” family’s first CO trip one to remember.

A perfect stay! Much cleaner than any hotel room I've stayed in recently, and far more comfortable. Scott and Annie were onsite in case of any issues (there were none) and pointed us towards favorite local restaurants. All the amenities of home, with beautiful green space and mountain views right outside the front door.
