A 10-minute drive to Sample Gates and 15 minutes to IU Stadium, our unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom half of a duplex (right side). Located in the south-central part of town, this home is a quick walk to the B-line Trail & Switchyard Park and a short car ride to I-69 or downtown Bloomington. It is also less than 20 minutes to the new IU health hospital, 20 minutes to Lake Monroe, and ~30 minutes to McCormick's Creek State Park and Brown County for those nature lovers.

With an open-plan kitchen/living area, you can lounge on the couch and visit while cooking. This is not a big home, but will easily sleep as many as 6.

The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom contain queen size beds. The 3rd bedroom has a twin-size bed. The couch in the living area folds out into a twin-size bed.

The kitchen is fully functional with a blender, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay.

Cook a meal in the kitchen, watch the Roku TV (subscriptions not provided), or use the washer and dryer to do your laundry.

To help accommodate those with allergies, this unit is a smoke/vape free environment.

You will have access to the entire house and the shared backyard. There is space to park 2 cars in the driveway

Hosts are available by the Airbnb app, cellphone, and text.

Residential city street, close to parks and restaurants.

The easiest way to get around is your own vehicle.

There is a bus stop across the road a half block north.
