The space
This Desert Falls condo has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open and spacious floorpan plus all of the amenities of home.

The community offers 31 pools (2 of the larger pools are steps from Villa del sol) clubhouse, fitness center, tennis & pickle ball courts. Plus top rated golf course open to the public (for an additional fee).

Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, including a wine fridge. Separate eating area in kitchen.

Living/Dining Room:
This open and spacious room offers a dining table that will seat 6-8 guests and is attached to the living room area. The large, comfortable living area has a flatscreen, smart tv and a large slider that leads to the back patio.

Primary Bedroom:
This large bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in closet, flatscreen tv, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate shower and soaking tub. This bedroom has a slider with access to the back patio.

Bedroom #2:
This room has a queen size bed, walk in closet, flatscreen tv and an en-suite bathroom with vanity and shower/tub combination (essentially a secondary primary bedroom).

Bedroom #3:
This room has queen size bed, large closet and a workstation/desk.

Half bathroom:
This powder room is located off the hallway and has easy access from bedroom #3.

Laundry:
Separate laundry room with newer washer and dryer, iron & ironing board.

Patios:
Our villa offers two large patios, perfect for sunrise and sunsets.

The front patio includes a love seat, two chairs & coffee table, perfect for your morning coffee.

The back patio offers a dining table and chairs, take in the stunning pool and mountain views, while enjoying your dinner or drinks.

On the back patio you will also find the bbq for your grilling needs.

Garage & Parking: Your stay will include two garage spaces and two driveway spots. Parking is allowed on the street during the day, but no overnight parking on the street.

Guest access
All guests must be preapproved and called into the gate for access. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and two vehicles can park in the driveway.

Your unique entry code to the front door will be messaged to you before your arrival.

You will have use of the entire villa, all pools and spas, fitness center, tennis & pickle ball courts and club house.

Golf course is open to public at an additional fee, please observe hours of operation. Along with being listed as one of the top 10 courses by the SCPGA. The 7000 yard link style par 72 golf course features superb Tifdwarf Bermuda grass greens and 5 tee placements on every hole. Playing this course is challenging and rewarding!
Other things to note
Located across the street from a shopping plaza that includes a Ralph's Grocery Store, Rite Aid, multiple restaurants and coffee shop.

The condo is a 15 minute walk to the JW Marriot where shuttles are available to the Polo Fields.
